Xiao Ziyue was initially stunned when she heard this, but she quickly rushed to the bedside.
Although she didn’t understand why Xiao Cheng wanted her to call Luo Jingshu, she realized the seriousness of the situation, her fingers trembling as she picked up Xiao Cheng’s phone.
Xiao Ziyue knew Xiao Cheng’s phone unlock code. She found Luo Jingshu’s name in the contacts, took a deep breath, and dialed his number.
The phone rang once before Luo Jingshu’s voice came through, sounding cheerful and filled with an indescribable joy and anticipation.
“Brother Cheng?”
Xiao Ziyue felt a jolt in her heart. Without having time to think about the relationship between Luo Jingshu and Xiao Cheng, she quietly replied, “It’s Xiao Ziyue.”
There was a brief silence on the other end, and then Xiao Ziyue suddenly heard the sound of a cup smashing to the floor, followed by the sound of Luo Jingshu’s hurried footsteps.
He must have been sitting when he answered the call and accidentally knocked over his cup in his rush to stand up.
“What’s wrong with Brother Cheng?”
Xiao Cheng usually wouldn’t call him, so Luo Jingshu was surprised and excited, thinking that Xiao Cheng wanted to talk to him about something.
Who would have thought that the call was from Xiao Ziyue instead?
If it weren’t for some urgent matter, why would Xiao Cheng have her call?
Xiao Ziyue could hear the urgency in his voice, which somehow calmed her own anxious heart.
In times of panic, people always hope for someone to be there to offer advice. Moreover, since Xiao Cheng had asked her to call Luo Jingshu, it meant that Luo Jingshu must have a way to help.
Xiao Ziyue steadied herself and explained what had happened earlier.
Her logic wasn’t chaotic, but since she didn’t know some of the details, she inevitably stumbled over her words. However, Luo Jingshu understood immediately.
The reason Xiao Ziyue felt confused was that she didn’t know the twins’ intentions toward Xiao Cheng, but Luo Jingshu did.
The twins must have done something to Brother Cheng.
Luo Jingshu felt a surge of anger, wanting to smash the steering wheel, but he forced himself to calm down. After taking a deep breath, he asked her, “What is Brother Cheng’s condition now?”
Xiao Ziyue ran back to the bathroom door and knocked again, but there was still no response from inside.
She quietly replied to Luo Jingshu, “Brother is in the bathroom. He asked me to call you.”
“He seems a bit unwell; his responses are always intermittent.”
Xiao Ziyue squatted down in front of the bathroom door. She couldn’t leave this spot until Luo Jingshu arrived.
“I don’t dare to go in.”
Luo Jingshu was frantic, feeling a murderous rage toward the twins.
He never imagined that just a few hours apart, Xiao Cheng would encounter such a situation.
Luo Jingshu regretted being too soft-hearted toward the twins. He had hesitated to take action for fear of making Xiao Cheng angry, which had led to the current predicament.
If nothing had happened to Xiao Cheng, that would be one thing, but if something had…
Luo Jingshu gritted his teeth, his expression dark and terrifying. If Xiao Ziyue could see his face on the other end of the line, she would likely be too scared to speak.
Luo Jingshu didn’t let her hang up, so Xiao Ziyue put the phone on speaker while continuing to knock on the door, hoping for some response from Xiao Cheng.
As Luo Jingshu drove, he listened intently to the sounds on the other end of the line, afraid of missing anything.
He had seen Xiao Cheng’s weak state after drinking too much, and the thought of that beautiful face being seen by someone else made Luo Jingshu’s blood boil.
But there was no time to dwell on that now; he was more worried that the twins had drugged Xiao Cheng.
If he couldn’t help Xiao Cheng release his pent-up feelings in time, it might cause harm to his body.
He didn’t have time to think about anything else; he just wanted to reach Xiao Cheng as quickly as possible.
After an unknown amount of time, Xiao Ziyue suddenly heard Luo Jingshu say on the other end, “Open the door for me.”
She perked up, standing up and rushing outside. In her haste, she felt a wave of dizziness.
Xiao Ziyue didn’t have time to wait for her body to recover and hurried downstairs.
She had been worried about running into He An and the twins downstairs, but the living room was empty.
Xiao Ziyue let out a sigh of relief and opened the door to run outside.
She was moving so quickly that she was only wearing a plush pajama set. The air conditioning in the room had kept her warm, but now that she was outside, the cold wind made her hands and feet feel stiff.
However, Xiao Ziyue didn’t dare to slow down. She was afraid something might happen to Xiao Cheng in the bathroom. Even if she was usually slow to realize things, she understood the gravity of the situation now.
Her emotions were a mix of worry and fear, all directed toward Xiao Cheng.
Luo Jingshu’s car pulled into the driveway, and he didn’t even have time to park properly before he hurriedly opened the car door and rushed toward the approaching Xiao Ziyue.
“Let’s go,” Xiao Ziyue panted, “Brother is still in the bathroom.”
Luo Jingshu didn’t waste any time with words; he quickly moved ahead.
He was tall and had long legs, making it impossible for Xiao Ziyue to keep up with his pace.
She had intended to tell Luo Jingshu where Xiao Cheng’s room was, but upon entering, she found that he was already heading straight upstairs, seemingly knowing exactly where to go.
Xiao Ziyue realized that when her brother was dating Luo Jingshu, he must have talked to him about these matters.
She was almost out of breath by the time she reached Xiao Cheng’s door, and Luo Jingshu was already knocking on the bathroom door.
As she lifted her leg to go inside, Luo Jingshu suddenly turned his head to look at her.
That glance was extremely cold, carrying a warning and intimidation that made Xiao Ziyue’s legs freeze in place. She stood there, staring blankly at Luo Jingshu, unsure of how to react.
Luo Jingshu only glanced at her before turning his attention back to the door. “You don’t need to be here. Close the door.”
Seeing that his hand was already on the bathroom doorknob, Xiao Ziyue guessed that what was about to happen might not be suitable for her to witness, so she quickly nodded.
“Take care of my brother.”
She didn’t have much trust in Luo Jingshu, as she had only met him a few times and wasn’t familiar with him at all.
But since he was called by Xiao Cheng, she decided not to ask any more questions.
She thoughtfully closed the door and waited outside for a moment.
Hearing no sounds from inside and with no one approaching from outside, Xiao Ziyue thought she heard the sound of the door being locked. She tentatively twisted the doorknob.
It didn’t open.
The door was indeed locked from the inside by Luo Jingshu.
For some reason, coming to this conclusion made Xiao Ziyue feel a sense of relief.
She took one last look at the door before turning to head back to her own room.
Inside, before opening the bathroom door, Luo Jingshu suddenly stopped, walked a few steps to the bedroom door, and locked it.
He was afraid that someone might barge in later and see something they shouldn’t.
After that, Luo Jingshu finally opened the bathroom door.
The situation inside was better than he had expected, but it was still not optimistic.
Xiao Cheng was lying in the bathtub, his body submerged in water, with water continuously dripping down from above. His clothes were completely soaked.
His eyes were tightly closed, and his cheeks had an abnormal flush, as if he were unwell, with his brows furrowed tightly.
The buttons of his pajamas had been undone, and his skin was reddened from being soaked in water, with droplets continuously running over his body.
Luo Jingshu couldn’t tell if Xiao Cheng had undone his clothes himself or if someone had done something to him.
His pants were still intact, but after being soaked, certain contours were clearly visible.
He quickly stepped forward, half-kneeling beside the bathtub, and reached out to touch Xiao Cheng’s forehead, which felt hot and delicate.
“Brother Cheng?”
Xiao Cheng didn’t respond, not even opening his eyes. He merely fluttered his eyelashes, indicating that he wasn’t completely unresponsive.
Luo Jingshu turned off the shower and called out to him a couple more times. Finally, Xiao Cheng opened his eyes.
He didn’t seem to recognize who was in front of him; he just stared at Luo Jingshu with red, dazed eyes.
Luo Jingshu lifted him out of the water. Xiao Cheng’s body was burning hot, and the heat radiated from where their skin touched, making Luo Jingshu feel warm as well.
With one arm holding Xiao Cheng, he used the other to start removing his wet clothes.
The soaked pajamas were no longer wearable. Luo Jingshu noticed a towel hanging nearby and planned to wrap Xiao Cheng in it before carrying him to bed.
However, Xiao Cheng was not cooperating.
“Don’t… don’t touch me,” he mumbled, pushing Luo Jingshu away.
Luo Jingshu guessed that he probably didn’t recognize him and might have mistaken him for one of the twins.
Thinking of this made Luo Jingshu’s expression darken, and he tightened his grip on Xiao Cheng.
“Brother Cheng, it’s me, Luo Jingshu.”
He firmly grasped Xiao Cheng’s hand, neutralizing his struggles, and then removed his upper clothing.
“Don’t be afraid; I won’t hurt you.”
Xiao Cheng seemed to take in those words. He stopped struggling and squinted at Luo Jingshu for a while.
“Luo Jingshu?”
“Yes.” Luo Jingshu’s hand rested on Xiao Cheng’s waistband. “Do you recognize me now?”
Xiao Cheng mumbled something indistinctly, which Luo Jingshu couldn’t quite catch, but he didn’t struggle anymore.
Luo Jingshu tossed aside the wet clothes and reached for the towel nearby.
Xiao Cheng became restless again, tightly wrapping his arms around Luo Jingshu’s neck, rubbing his head against him.
“Ah.” Luo Jingshu inhaled sharply, “Brother Cheng, are you trying to bite me?”
Although Xiao Cheng appeared weak, he bit down hard, catching Luo Jingshu off guard and making his muscles tense up.
Xiao Cheng obviously couldn’t respond to him. After biting him, he seemed to realize he had done something wrong and began to peck kisses on Luo Jingshu’s neck.
Luo Jingshu was not an innocent boy; he had always admitted to being attracted to Xiao Cheng, and now with Xiao Cheng rubbing against him, he felt a fire igniting within him.
At this moment, he was no different from a drugged Xiao Cheng.
“Alright, Brother Cheng, stop moving around.”
Luo Jingshu’s voice turned hoarse, filled with desire.
“Be good.”
Xiao Cheng seemed to take his words to heart and finally stopped moving.
Luo Jingshu let out a sigh of relief, gently stroking Xiao Cheng’s head, wrapping him in the towel, and then carrying him out of the bathroom.
Xiao Cheng clung to his neck, and after recognizing Luo Jingshu, his movements became bolder, clearly indicating his intentions.
It was no longer just a hint.
Luo Jingshu held onto his wrist, preventing him from touching a certain part of himself, gritting his teeth as he warned, “Brother Cheng!”
Xiao Cheng took a deep breath, his red eyes fixed on Luo Jingshu, and hoarsely asked, “Aren’t you here?”
Seeing that Xiao Cheng seemed to have regained some clarity and could communicate, Luo Jingshu felt a wave of relief.
“Are you feeling better?” He touched Xiao Cheng’s forehead, his tone filled with concern.
However, Xiao Cheng didn’t answer that question and instead retorted, “Did I ask you to come as a spectator?”
Luo Jingshu was momentarily taken aback, his gaze darkening significantly.
He focused intently on Xiao Cheng’s expression, taking in his flushed cheeks and eyes.
Xiao Cheng pushed Luo Jingshu away and, right in front of him, began to take matters into his own hands.
He tilted his neck back, one leg bending and pressing against Luo Jingshu’s waist, heavy breaths escaping his throat, accompanied by a hint of nasal sound.
Luo Jingshu could no longer hold back; he firmly grasped Xiao Cheng’s calf, his palm burning hot. “Brother Cheng.”
“Are you sure about this?”
