What time was it, and he was still asking such questions?
If Xiao Cheng weren’t feeling so unwell, he would have kicked Luo Jingshu out without a second thought.
“If you don’t want to…” Xiao Cheng rubbed his foot against the bed, letting out a frustrated breath.
His cheeks were flushed with a deep red, and the corners of his eyes glistened with a damp hue.
“Then just get lost.”
These two sentences came out in a stutter, and Xiao Cheng’s muscles tensed up, the veins on the back of his hand nearly popping out.
Clearly, he was not accustomed to this kind of thing; his technique was clumsy, and although it looked intense, it lacked finesse, causing him pain from his own grip.
Luo Jingshu closed his eyes, taking a deep breath, beads of sweat forming on his forehead.
“Brother Cheng, once you’re clear-headed, you can’t blame me for taking advantage of you.”
Xiao Cheng ignored him, but his leg rubbed against Luo Jingshu’s waist, a silent urge.
Luo Jingshu understood his meaning. He began to caress Xiao Cheng’s calf, his gaze burning and sticky as he took in every inch of Xiao Cheng’s body.
If Xiao Cheng were in his right mind, he would surely feel embarrassed, but unfortunately, he had lost most of his ability to think. Instead of pulling away, he gave Luo Jingshu a vague, dazed smile.
Luo Jingshu tightened his grip on Xiao Cheng’s ankle, forcing him to open up and face him.
His fingers ignited a fire, and the intense flames consumed both of their rationality.
Their hot, sweaty bodies pressed tightly together, heavy breaths swallowed in their throats, leaving only the sticky sound of water echoing in the air.
After an unknown amount of time, Xiao Cheng suddenly struggled, kicking Luo Jingshu away.
Luo Jingshu grabbed his wrist, thinking Xiao Cheng wanted to back out. “Brother Cheng, didn’t you agree just now?”
Xiao Cheng was a bit dazed, his eyes clouded with desire, revealing a look of panic.
“I… you…”
He seemed at a loss for words, stammering for a while without clarity, which only made him more anxious, tears almost welling up in his eyes.
Luo Jingshu was on edge but held back, his eyes burning with intensity as he looked down at Xiao Cheng’s expression.
Only Xiao Cheng could make him retreat like this; if it were anyone else, he might have already disregarded everything.
But then again, he couldn’t have anyone else.
Luo Jingshu had only ever felt this way about Xiao Cheng, whether it was emotional love or physical desire; it was all for him.
He kissed Xiao Cheng’s forehead. “Don’t be afraid.”
Xiao Cheng finally found his voice, grabbing Luo Jingshu’s wrist and frowning as he asked, “Do you want to be the gong?”
Luo Jingshu silently looked at him, acknowledging it.
After a few seconds of eye contact, they suddenly realized the situation was complicated.
Luo Jingshu had never doubted his role as a gong. Although he liked to act obedient in front of Xiao Cheng, he had always considered Xiao Cheng to be his wife.
They had never discussed this issue, and now that it came to a head, they found themselves at an impasse.
Luo Jingshu’s body stiffened, but he didn’t want to compromise.
He leaned down, holding Xiao Cheng close, bringing his beautiful face close to Xiao Cheng’s, just like he had done before, using his face to entice him.
“Brother Cheng, now that it’s come to this, we can’t just stop, right?”
As he spoke, he lowered his head, rubbing his face against Xiao Cheng’s neck, his warm breath fanning over the skin.
Xiao Cheng squinted, clearly still confused, not understanding Luo Jingshu’s intentions.
“Brother Cheng, I’m afraid of pain.” Luo Jingshu began to feign vulnerability, his words half-true, “I’ve been hurt before, and I’m more sensitive to pain than most. Just pity me a little, okay?”
Xiao Cheng finally snapped back to reality, pushing Luo Jingshu’s head away. “Stop pretending with me.”
He pushed away one of Luo Jingshu’s hands but couldn’t stop the other hand from controlling the most sensitive part of him.
“Brother Cheng, I’m not lying to you.” Luo Jingshu replied in a muffled voice, “Just let me.”
Xiao Cheng half-closed his eyes, a layer of moisture glistening in them.
Despite his reluctance, his body had already succumbed to Luo Jingshu’s touch.
Seeing that Xiao Cheng seemed to be softening, Luo Jingshu worked even harder to please him.
Xiao Cheng gradually relaxed in his embrace, closing his eyes and allowing Luo Jingshu to do as he pleased.
Luo Jingshu chuckled softly, his warm lips brushing against Xiao Cheng’s neck as he murmured, “Thank you, Brother Cheng.”
Xiao Cheng didn’t blink, seemingly unresponsive, but the fingers gripping Luo Jingshu’s arm tightened slightly, indicating he wasn’t entirely indifferent.
He thought that if he just endured it, it would pass; after all, someone had to compromise, and being older, he figured it wouldn’t hurt to give in a little.
But soon, Xiao Cheng realized how wrong he was. His brows furrowed tightly, unable to bear the sensation, and he kicked his legs restlessly.
“You bastard…”
He felt that if he were the one in control, he certainly wouldn’t make Luo Jingshu suffer like this.
Luo Jingshu, seemingly unfazed, continued to press forward, and Xiao Cheng’s fingers clutched the bedsheet tightly. “Can’t you…” go a little slower?
Given the size difference, he felt as if he might break apart, and Luo Jingshu’s urgency only heightened that sensation.
Before Xiao Cheng could finish his sentence, Luo Jingshu covered his mouth. “I’m sorry, Brother Cheng. It’s my first time, and I’m a bit too excited.”
“Are you okay?”
He looked at Xiao Cheng’s flushed face, wondering if it was entirely due to pain.
Luo Jingshu spoke in a hushed tone to soothe him, “I’m sorry, I’ll be more careful.”
Xiao Cheng held his breath, feeling conflicted about whether to curse him or let him off the hook, as doing the latter would make him seem too easy to deal with.
After a moment of stiffness, he tried to relax his body, burying his head in the blanket and muttering, “You bastard.”
Luo Jingshu took the insult with pleasure, but afterward, he doubled his demands for compensation from Xiao Cheng.
None of them slept well that night.
Xiao Cheng and Luo Jingshu didn’t finish until just before dawn, and Luo Jingshu even carried him to the bathroom for a shower.
Although it was also his first time, he wasn’t completely clueless. He stayed by Xiao Cheng’s side until his body temperature returned to normal before finally lying down with him.
On the other side, Xiao Ziyue also had trouble sleeping.
Even though she knew Luo Jingshu would take care of her brother, she couldn’t shake off her worries and woke up several times throughout the night.
After calming down, Xiao Ziyue recalled the details she had overlooked.
The more she thought about it, the more alarmed she became, forcing herself not to think too deeply.
Regardless of the truth of the situation, one thing was certain.
Luo Jingshu was likely to become her “sister-in-law.”
Meanwhile, after finally shaking off He An, the twins found that Xiao Cheng’s door was locked from the inside.
They hadn’t considered that it might be Luo Jingshu inside; they assumed Xiao Cheng had managed to get up from the bathroom and locked the door.
Forcing the door open was out of the question, as they were afraid of alarming He An.
The soundproofing of the room was decent, and the two of them pressed their ears against the door, hearing nothing.
“What do we do now?” Xiao Yixi asked his brother in a low voice.
They hadn’t succeeded in their plans, and when Xiao Cheng woke up tomorrow, he likely wouldn’t let them off the hook.
Xiao Yinan’s expression turned despondent, his eyes dim and devoid of any light.
Even when Xiao Cheng had completely rejected him, Xiao Yinan had never shown such a look.
He didn’t know if it was fate, but their last attempt had ended in failure. After today, Xiao Cheng would probably never forgive them.
Was there really no chance for him and Xiao Cheng?
Xiao Yinan rubbed his temples. “What else can we do? Let’s go.”
No matter how Xiao Cheng would retaliate against them tomorrow, it was the outcome he deserved.
Xiao Yinan had completely resigned himself to this fate.
Xiao Yixi understood this reasoning as well; he was just worried about Xiao Cheng’s health.
“How much did you give him? Can Brother Cheng handle it?”
Xiao Yinan opened his eyes to look at him, his voice cold and indifferent. “I wouldn’t harm his body. That stuff isn’t harmful; Brother Cheng just needs to endure it for a bit.”
What they didn’t know was that while they were discussing this, just on the other side of the wall, Luo Jingshu was tightly holding Xiao Cheng, soothing his emotions in his own way.
Everything was done for someone else’s benefit.
Xiao Cheng slept for a long time. When he finally woke up from a chaotic dream, his limbs felt weak and he couldn’t lift them.
The thick curtains block out the light, leaving Xiao Cheng disoriented.
He tried to raise his arm to turn on the bedside lamp but realized his body was tightly wrapped by the person behind him.
Luo Jingshu’s arm was draped over Xiao Cheng’s waist, and one of his legs pressed against Xiao Cheng’s, holding him close.
Xiao Cheng struggled a bit, and the person behind him pressed his face against the back of Xiao Cheng’s neck, his voice hoarse and muffled. “Brother Cheng?”
“Mm.”
As Xiao Cheng spoke, he realized his voice was also hoarse. The vivid and heated scenes from last night flooded back into his mind, causing his face to turn bright red.
He finally remembered how his voice had become so hoarse.
Luo Jingshu still had his eyes closed, and he pinched Xiao Cheng’s waist gently, his voice carrying a hint of a spoiled tone. “Let’s sleep a little longer.”
That pinch hit a sensitive spot, and Xiao Cheng flinched, his ears turning red.
“I’m not sleeping. Get up.”
Xiao Cheng pushed Luo Jingshu’s hand away and reached for his phone on the bedside table.
When he checked the time, it was already 10:30 AM.
Luo Jingshu snuggled up closer. “I’m so tired; I don’t want to get up.”
From his expression, it seemed like the one who had been “tormented” last night wasn’t Xiao Cheng, but rather Luo Jingshu himself.
Xiao Cheng rolled his eyes. “Are you still pretending?”
Last night, it was this very demeanor that had made Xiao Cheng’s heart soften. If it weren’t for that…
Xiao Cheng suddenly recalled something, and his face turned a bit unnatural, swallowing the rest of his words.
Luo Jingshu chuckled softly, wrapping his arms around Xiao Cheng’s shoulders under the covers. “Did I not take good care of you last night, brother?”
Xiao Cheng’s body instantly stiffened.
Luo Jingshu had rarely called him “brother,” usually addressing him as “Brother Cheng.”
Xiao Cheng had thought he was already used to Luo Jingshu calling him “Brother,” but he didn’t expect the impact of the two words combined to be so strong.[mfn] so Luo Jingshu usually calls Xiao Cheng “Brother Cheng.” or “Cheng-ge” (程哥) but now he call him Gege (哥哥) which mean “Brother.” but its more cute and affectionate.[/mfn]
His expression became flustered. “What nonsense are you talking about?”
Luo Jingshu squinted, seemingly noticing something.
“Brother, don’t you like me calling you that?”
He was always good at being spoiled, knowing exactly how to hit Xiao Cheng’s sweet spot. The words dripped with honey, making Xiao Cheng’s heart race.
“Don’t call me that.” Xiao Cheng turned his gaze away, unwilling to look at him. “Don’t think this will keep you from getting out of bed.”
Luo Jingshu touched his face. “Alright, I’ll listen to you.”
He became obedient again.
Xiao Cheng thought to himself that he hadn’t been this compliant last night.
He had clearly said no, yet Luo Jingshu acted as if he hadn’t heard.
Seeing Xiao Cheng’s gaze wandering, Luo Jingshu couldn’t help but smile.
But he quickly remembered the reason everything had happened, and his expression immediately turned cold.
He wouldn’t let those two twins off the hook.
Xiao Cheng snapped out of his thoughts and realized he was actually thinking about what had happened last night, and his expression became quite intense.
He rubbed his sore waist and stood up, almost buckling at the knees as his feet hit the ground.
Luo Jingshu quickly supported him. “Should I carry you?”
Xiao Cheng pushed him away. “Do you take me for a little girl?”
Luo Jingshu replied, “I’m just worried about you.”
Xiao Cheng suppressed his smile. “There’s nothing to worry about.”
“However, there is something I need you to help me with.”
Luo Jingshu seemed to have sensed something and fell silent.
Xiao Cheng turned to face him, and their expressions grew serious.
“Help me tie up those two bastards.”
Luo Jingshu grinned slightly. “I would’ve done that even if you hadn’t said it.”
Xiao Cheng supported his aching waist and stood up straight, staring at him.
“That’s exactly what I want to say.”
“Don’t touch them. Let me handle it.”
Luo Jingshu furrowed his brows slightly. “Are you still feeling sorry for them after all this time?”
Xiao Cheng was so angry he almost wanted to punch him to make him wake up.
Did Luo Jingshu even think before he spoke? What nonsense was he saying?
Xiao Cheng wasn’t some self-sacrificing saint. There was no reason for him to feel sorry for the perpetrators after everything they had done to him.
But he didn’t know how to explain his actions. He felt awkward saying it out loud, so he just shot Luo Jingshu a glance and turned to enter the bathroom.
Luo Jingshu thought he was angry and followed him in.
He only felt confused for a moment, but then he understood Xiao Cheng’s actions.
“It was my mistake. I shouldn’t have said that,” Luo Jingshu whispered an apology to Xiao Cheng. “I understand now. Brother Cheng is worried about me.”
The twins had hurt Xiao Cheng, and he had every right to punish them. Even if the Xiao family found out, they wouldn’t say anything.
But Luo Jingshu was an outsider. Even though he was standing up for Xiao Cheng, he would inevitably be resented by the twins’ parents.
Even if his uncle and Feng Yi weren’t petty people, Xiao Cheng didn’t want that to happen.
He didn’t want to drag Luo Jingshu into this, nor did he want him to get into trouble.
Even though Luo Jingshu wanted to deal with the twins even more than he did.
Luo Jingshu, feeling touched by Xiao Cheng’s kindness, grew even more resentful of the twins.
Even if Xiao Cheng didn’t let him take action, he wouldn’t easily let them off.
As long as Brother Cheng didn’t find out.
Xiao Cheng finished washing up, supporting himself, and when he looked at Luo Jingshu’s figure, he hesitated again.
“How about you wait in the room for me?”
Luo Jingshu was taken aback and then laughed bitterly at those words.
“You’ve already taken everything from me, and now you’re trying to shirk responsibility?”
Xiao Cheng was still worried about others finding out about him?
Did he have something to hide?
Xiao Cheng awkwardly cleared his throat and mumbled, “We’ll talk about this later.”
Luo Jingshu: ??
“You really don’t plan on taking responsibility?!”
