IMPGS Chapter 88

IMPGS Chapter 88

Xiao Cheng said it, and he actually instructed Luo Jingshu to find someone.

“Bring some drugs too,” he added, motioning for Luo Jingshu to come closer. He whispered a few words into his ear.

Luo Jingshu’s expression flickered unpredictably. His gaze toward the twins became especially sinister, as if he wanted to devour them alive.

After Xiao Cheng finished speaking, Luo Jingshu let out a long, heavy sigh.

“Alright, I’ll do as you say.”

He turned and walked out, the sound of him making a phone call echoing faintly in the corridor.

The twins let out muffled noises as if they wanted to say something, but under Xiao Cheng’s cold and detached gaze, they fell silent.

Xiao Cheng didn’t give them a chance to explain. Just looking at their faces reminded him of his own helpless state last night, lying on the bed, unable to resist.

He was determined to make these two experience the same humiliation he had felt.

It wasn’t long before Luo Jingshu returned, holding two syringes in his hand.

Xiao Cheng glanced at them, his eyes betraying a hint of surprise.

That fast? Did Luo Jingshu plan for this in advance?

Luo Jingshu waved the syringes in front of him. “I had them prepared ahead of time.”

His tone was indifferent, like he was commenting on the pleasant weather. From his expression alone, no one could tell he was about to commit a crime.

The other people in the room stood silently, like statues, unfazed by Luo Jingshu’s words.

Xiao Cheng resisted the urge to frown. He couldn’t shake the feeling that he saw an invisible tail wagging furiously behind Luo Jingshu.

It was as if Luo Jingshu was eagerly waiting for praise.

“Alright, get to it,” Xiao Cheng said, tilting his chin.

Not receiving any compliments from his wife, Luo Jingshu pouted in disinterest. He handed the syringes to a bodyguard behind him, signaling for him to inject the drugs into the twins.

He could have done it himself, but he was afraid his anger might get the better of him, and he’d stab the twins to death with the syringes.

After all, these two were just wasting resources by existing.

At this point, even if the twins didn’t want to believe it, they had no choice but to admit that Xiao Cheng was serious.

He was really going to drug them.

The two no longer cared about appearances. They struggled desperately on the ground, their skin rubbed raw by the coarse rope, some areas even bleeding slightly.

They looked like two twisted worms writhing on the floor.

The metaphor flashed across Xiao Cheng’s mind.

He admitted he felt satisfaction watching them. From his vantage point, he observed their pitiful state with the same detachment one might have while watching a play.

He hadn’t seen his own expression from last night, but he imagined it wasn’t much different from theirs right now.

He needed to make them feel what he had felt.

The twins’ eyes were full of pleading and hope, but Xiao Cheng remained unmoved. He adjusted his sitting position, coldly watching their desperate attempts to beg for mercy.

No matter how they struggled, they couldn’t overpower the strength of a large, burly man. With their hands and feet bound tightly, their movements were limited.

Once the drugs were injected, Xiao Cheng finally instructed Luo Jingshu to remove the gags from their mouths.

Now able to speak, the twins remained silent at first, their bloodshot eyes fixed on Xiao Cheng.

Xiao Cheng guessed they were probably cursing him in their hearts but were too afraid to say it out loud.

It took a while before Xiao Yixi finally spoke.

“Brother Cheng, we know we were wrong. Please don’t bring anyone here, okay?”

He could handle being beaten or scolded by Xiao Cheng but couldn’t bear the thought of someone actually coming to take advantage of him in front of Xiao Cheng.

That would be worse than death.

Xiao Cheng felt a surge of satisfaction. The suffocating powerlessness he’d felt last night seemed to dissipate slightly. Now they knew how to beg for mercy, but where was that mercy last night?

“No,” Xiao Cheng replied coldly, refusing outright. He turned to Luo Jingshu. “How long until they arrive?”

Xiao Yixi’s eyes filled with despair as he stared at Xiao Cheng, as if seeing him for the first time.

Was this really the gentle Brother Cheng he knew?

For the first time, Xiao Yixi felt a sense of bewilderment. He had always thought of Xiao Cheng as kind and forgiving.

Even after what they did last night, he had held onto a sliver of hope that Brother Cheng would be angry for a while but eventually forgive them.

Xiao Cheng’s actions now shattered that last bit of hope.

Xiao Yixi finally realized that he had crossed Xiao Cheng’s bottom line.

Xiao Cheng would never forgive them again.

And it was all because Xiao Cheng didn’t love them.

For the first time, Xiao Yixi clearly understood this.

If Xiao Cheng had even a shred of affection for them, he wouldn’t be so ruthless.

After Xiao Yixi fell silent, Xiao Yinan spoke up. “Brother Cheng, can’t you vent your anger in some other way?”

“When I begged you last night, did you stop?” Xiao Cheng replied. The memory of his fury and helplessness from that moment still burned fresh in his mind, making him want to punch the twins again.

Xiao Yinan said nothing. He pressed his forehead to the ground, his eyes dull and lifeless, as if he had lost the will to struggle.

When the two hired escorts arrived, even Xiao Cheng couldn’t help but give them a second glance. They were as extravagant as promised.

You get what you pay for.

The appearance of the two newcomers was exceptionally striking—good enough to pass as actors, each exuding their own unique charm.

Xiao Cheng had only been staring at them for a moment when a hand suddenly reached out from behind and covered his eyes.

“Don’t look,” Luo Jingshu’s voice carried a note of displeasure, his fingertips brushing against the corner of Xiao Cheng’s eye.

What’s so fascinating about those two?

Their looks and physique couldn’t possibly surpass his own.

Xiao Cheng grabbed Luo Jingshu’s wrist, his tone placating yet laced with a hint of perfunctory impatience. “Alright, alright, I won’t look anymore.”

But even as he spoke, his gaze darted back for another glance.

Luo Jingshu’s gaze darkened as he shot a frosty glance at the two individuals before gesturing with a slight tilt of his chin for them to step forward.

These two had been briefed on their task beforehand. Those in their line of work knew better than to ask unnecessary questions. The less said, the better—action was paramount.

Even though the twin boys lying on the floor were visibly unwilling, the newcomers showed no reaction, keeping their expressions neutral and professional.

The closer they got, the more fiercely Xiao Yixi and Xiao Yinan struggled.

“Get your filthy hands off me!” Xiao Yixi barked. Though his words sounded fierce, there was a sob in his voice.

Xiao Cheng could hardly keep himself from laughing. The sight was deeply satisfying—finally, some retribution for the humiliation he endured the previous night.

One of the newcomers reached out to touch Xiao Yixi’s face, narrowly avoiding a bite.

“Feisty, aren’t you?” The man patted Xiao Yixi’s cheek and added with a smirk, “Relax, big brother’s got the skills.”

The comment made Xiao Yixi retch, his face now streaked with tears. His voice trembled as he cried.

Xiao Yinan wasn’t faring any better.

The newcomers worked with swift precision, stripping off the boys’ outerwear and caressing their necks and chests. Their movements mimicked the way the twins had treated Xiao Cheng the night before. Marks, red and faint or dark and deep, were left on their skin wherever the newcomers touched.

No matter how much they squirmed, hands seemed to always find their way back to their bodies. Eventually, Xiao Yixi broke down completely.

“Brother Cheng, I was wrong!” he wailed. “I’m an animal—I shouldn’t have done it! Please, I beg you, make them stop…”

He was sobbing so hard that his words came out in broken gasps. His vision blurred by tears, he couldn’t make out Xiao Cheng’s expression but sensed his unyielding indifference.

Xiao Yixi had never experienced such humiliation before. It was worse than death.

Xiao Cheng sneered faintly, a sound echoed by the two newcomers. They stood up and stepped aside, their work done.

“Easy money,” one of them commented with a chuckle, “didn’t even have to put in much effort.”

Xiao Cheng motioned for Luo Jingshu to escort them out, then walked over to the twins. He looked down at them, his demeanor cold and distant.

“So, you know you were wrong now?” he asked.

The twins nodded frantically, terrified.

Finally, they understood—Xiao Cheng had only been trying to scare them. Still, what had just happened had left a lasting psychological scar. The sensation of being powerless under someone else’s touch was unbearable. Even though the newcomers were gone, Xiao Yixi still felt nauseated.

“Does it feel bad?” Xiao Cheng’s gaze lingered on the marks left on their skin. “Now you understand how I felt last night?”

Xiao Yixi nodded quickly, choking on his sobs. “I understand…”

Xiao Yinan silently nodded as well, his eyes red and swollen.

But Xiao Cheng didn’t order anyone to untie them. “I felt even worse than you,” he said coldly. “After all, those two just did their job. They didn’t bear any malice towards you. But you…”

Xiao Cheng nudged Xiao Yinan with the tip of his shoe. “You betrayed my trust.”

If he had known what was coming, he would never have let the twins into his room the previous night.

The last shred of trust Xiao Cheng had in the twins was gone, obliterated by their own actions.

“Brother Cheng…” Xiao Yinan began, trying to explain.

“Don’t say you did it because you love me,” Xiao Cheng interrupted. His tone turned icy. “Forcing someone who doesn’t return your feelings is worse than anything those two just did to you.”

Even if Xiao Cheng had feelings for them, their actions—drugging him and coercing him—were inexcusable.

Xiao Cheng was about to continue when Luo Jingshu walked back in. “Why are you wasting your breath on them?”

Xiao Cheng paused in his scolding, suppressing the urge to roll his eyes. “Are they gone?” he asked, almost absentmindedly.

It was a casual question, but Luo Jingshu frowned. “Why are you so concerned about two strangers?”

Xiao Cheng: …

“Don’t interrupt me when I’m talking,” he retorted.

With Luo Jingshu’s intrusion, Xiao Cheng lost interest in lecturing the twins. He instructed him to get them out of his sight.

Out of sight, out of mind.

“Are you coming over to my place tonight?” Luo Jingshu reminded him of the massage session he’d promised earlier.

Xiao Cheng recalled the arrangement and agreed, “Alright.”

After moving out of the Luo family home, Luo Jingshu had bought a place of his own, though he rarely stayed there. This was Xiao Cheng’s first visit, and he couldn’t help but feel a bit curious.

After wandering around the house, he found Luo Jingshu preparing some massage oils. Suddenly, something came to mind.

“What about the New Year’s gift from Senior?”

Xiao Cheng had been carrying it himself, but Luo Jingshu had insisted on taking it for him. Now it seems to have disappeared.

Luo Jingshu, still facing away as he tidied up, smirked inwardly but smiled outwardly. “I think I left it in the car.”

Xiao Cheng chuckled knowingly. “Alright then.”

He lay down on the bed, and Luo Jingshu knelt beside him, massaging the tension out of his shoulders and back.

To Xiao Cheng’s surprise, Luo Jingshu’s technique was quite impressive. He felt so relaxed that he began to drift off.

Half-asleep, he suddenly felt a cool sensation on his finger. Something seemed to have slipped onto it.

When he opened his eyes, he saw something familiar on his hand.

It was one of the rings from the pair that Luo Jingshu had bought.
