So, I mistakenly uploaded a part of Chapter 8 with Chapter 7… anyway, this is the continuation.
Chang Sicheng: [Don’t we have no classes on Wednesday and Thursday afternoons?]
An Xue: [Yes, but the room we booked is a music classroom from the Art Department. The teacher there said it’s only available on Thursday and Friday.]
Ye Wenyu looked at the schedule An Xue sent. Two-thirds of the class had chosen the same elective swimming class on Friday afternoon. There was only one indoor swimming pool on campus, and the schedule wasn’t easy to adjust.
Chang Sicheng: [Is there any way to move PE class to Wednesday afternoon?]
An Xue: [I’ll check the swimming pool’s schedule.]
Maoqiu: [Wednesday afternoon is booked by the Sports Department.]
An Xue: [Huh?]
An Xue: [I found it, as expected, the swimming pool is fully booked on Wednesday afternoon by Swimming Class 1 from the Sports Department QAQ]
Chang Sicheng: [If it’s the Sports Department, it’ll be tricky. Their training schedule is packed. They probably have other training sessions on Friday, so a switch may not be possible.]
An Xue: [This is too hard.]
It really was a bit of a challenge.
While Ye Wenyu was thinking about the possibility of changing training locations, Maoqiu, the classmate with the cat profile picture, suddenly dropped a bomb:
Maoqiu: [There’s no need to switch, just go join them.]
An Xue: [? Is that allowed?]
Maoqiu: [It is.]
Chang Sicheng: [Are you sure? If we join their class, we might disrupt their training. They probably won’t agree, right?]
Maoqiu: [It won’t affect anything.]
Maoqiu: [You can just go directly on Wednesday afternoon. Once you’re there, talk to the person in charge of their class.]
An Xue: [Huh?]
Ye Wenyu: [Just go straight there?]
Maoqiu: [Yeah.]
Chang Sicheng: [Who’s the person in charge of their class?]
Maoqiu: [Yan Chen.]
The name that appeared on the screen made Ye Wenyu’s typing fingers freeze.
An Xue: [Ah, this? We don’t know him.]
Maoqiu: [Let Wenyu talk to him. He’ll agree.]
An Xue: [But Wenyu didn’t choose that PE class, and does he even know him?]
Chang Sicheng: [Wenyu’s not really good at negotiations like this. Maybe I should do it.]
Maoqiu: [Let Wenyu go.]
Ye Wenyu: [I’ll go.]
Before his brain could catch up, his fingers had already typed and sent the message.
When he came back to his senses and saw the message he sent, Ye Wenyu pursed his lips nervously, feeling a strange tingling in his fingertips.
An Xue didn’t care who went, as long as the schedule could be changed, she was happy:
An Xue: [Anyone’s fine, anyone’s fine!]
An Xue: [But hey, how do you know the person in charge of their class will agree? Do you know him?]
An Xue: [Wait a minute! Who are you?!]
An Xue: [@Maoqiu Whose small account is this?! Hurry up and change your nickname! You guys are really annoying…there are more small accounts than main accounts in this group now, and none of you are changing your names!]
Top floor meeting room of Yan Corporation Headquarters.
After getting a definite reply, Yan Chen stopped replying to messages, ignored An Xue’s endless tagging, turned off his phone, leaned back in his chair, and continued watching the project presentation on the projector.
Bruh literally just infiltrated his crush’s class just to see him again. ( ̄▽ ̄)
