The next day, after Tang Xiaobao had breakfast, Feng Ling came to report to him that the small kitchen he had been longing for had been built, and he wanted to take him there to see if there were any shortcomings, so that they could make up for them in time.
Upon hearing this news, once Tang Xiaobao agreed to go, he followed Feng Ling in one go.
Looking at the back of Tang Xiaobao’s happy departure, Ji Ling wiped his hands with a wet hand towel and then stood up. Ji Ling nodded and led the butler towards his study, he still had a lot of things to prepare. The butler followed behind, noting down the things he needed to use.
It was said to be built in the courtyard, but in fact it was still some distance away from where they lived, just much closer than the original kitchen. Waiting for Tang Xiaobao to enter, only to find that the inside is actually not big, but the design is very spacious, bright, inside the things look very exquisite, it can be seen that they use the best materials. After walking in and taking a look, he realized that Ji Ling was not as close to death as he thought, but rather looked like he was slowly recovering. With this knowledge, Ji Tao’s eyebrows wrinkled, looking at him with very bad eyes, and then contacted his eyes, could not help but shiver. “Father is very unhappy about your unauthorized (by his own initiative, without permission) marriage this time, and asked me to come and see what you are doing.” When Ji Tao said this, he had an arrogant look on his face, and was very disdainful of Ji Ling.
Ji Ling didn’t answer his words, but just looked at him, as if he wasn’t looking at him.
Seeing him like this, Ji Tao was so angry that he clenched his fists tightly and wanted to hit him, but he was worried about something, after that he became relaxed. He just looked at him and said, full of malice, “Father said, if the person you marry doesn’t satisfy him, he’ll let you divorce and marry another one.”
Until then, Ji Ling lifted his head to look at him and said faintly, “You are still stupid as ever.”
