After a short pause, Kiriyama responds; “You’re a piece I’d rather keep under control.”

Kagura, his cheek pressed against the sheets, glances sideways at Kiriyama.  

Kiriyama’s gaze roves persistently over Kagura’s body, from his face to every inch of his exposed skin. The sensation of being scrutinized stirs vivid memories of Kiriyama’s touch lingering on him.  

When Kiriyama’s eyes fixate on his lower body, Kagura feels a twinge of revulsion tighten his muscles beneath the bathrobe.

Kiriyama’s words suggest he might have wanted to own Kagura, but the feeling doesn’t quite sit right with him.  

It’s clear that Kiriyama takes a perverse satisfaction in tormenting Kagura Jinya, but there doesn’t seem to be any deeper attachment beyond that.

Kiriyama drapes his suit jacket onto the oversized bed and sits at the edge, loosening his tie.  

Kagura slides one arm beneath his forehead, completely averting his face.  

Even if there’s no attachment, it seems Kiriyama intends to ‘use’ him at least as a vessel for his desires.

Humiliated in an underground arena and exposed before dozens of people at the auction, Kagura tells himself this is tolerable in comparison.
