BMHS Chapter 062.1

Meng Ting’s gaze gradually lowered. He hesitated whether to turn his back, but Yan Sui had clearly seen him. Now, it seemed too late to turn away.

Just now, he walked over from the back kitchen. There were people who looked over, but while they thought he was good-looking, they also felt he was very cold and hard to approach, even harder to strike up a conversation with. But now, his face is flushed, his aloofness completely gone, looking shy and flustered, enough to melt even the heart of a tough guy.

For a moment, everyone’s attention in the dessert shop was drawn over.

“So beautiful…”

This is what the men thought, but except for the very few who came here with their male friends, the other men were very tactful and didn’t say anything.

“Adorable…” This was Yan Manjia’s top thought. She now deeply regretted that she didn’t rub Meng Ting’s face when she hugged him before. Of course, among all the gazes directed at her, there were also those of disdain or jealousy. The world is full of all kinds of people, and one cannot generalize.

But the one who should be most affected is Yan Sui. Meng Ting had called him, so he naturally knew that he and Yan Manjia had gone out shopping. He had been handling matters all afternoon, just to free up some time, leave work early, and then rush over to pick him up and go home together.

From the bodyguard, he learned that Meng Ting and Yan Manjia were in this dessert shop, so he naturally rushed over immediately. However, he never expected Meng Ting to be dressed like this.

In Yan Sui’s eyes, Meng Ting had not become more feminine because of this; he looked more like an elf stepping out of an ancient scroll. The slight widening of Yan Sui’s pupils revealed his astonishment.

His steps paused slightly, but he still walked towards Meng Ting step by step.

Meng Ting’s gaze suddenly lifted again. He pressed his lips together, forcing himself to appear calm, “Yan Sui, why are you here?”

If he weren’t wearing a skirt, he definitely wouldn’t have added the word ‘why’ to his sentence. But now, he really doesn’t want Yan Sui to see him like this; it’s too strange.

The corner of Yan Sui’s lips curled up slightly, and he took another half step closer, “I’m here to pick you up and go home together.”

“Oh,” Meng Ting replied, but the blush on his face still wouldn’t fade. His hand moved, wanting to directly cover Yan Sui’s eyes. He turned to the side, “I’ll go change my clothes.”

“I’ll accompany you,” Yan Sui said, directly wrapping his arm around his waist and leading Meng Ting out a couple of steps. Only then did he turn back to look at Yan Manjia, “Aunt, please wait a moment.”

Yan Manjia raised her hand understandingly, “Go ahead, go ahead, I’ll drink slowly.”

This statement sounded completely fine to Meng Ting. He turned his head to look at Yan Sui again, his gaze carrying a hint of hesitation. In fact, he thought that he could change clothes without Yan Sui accompanying him, but it seemed that Yan Sui didn’t think so.

They arrived at the dressing room in the back kitchen of the dessert shop. Meng Ting moved his body but still couldn’t get out of Yan Sui’s embrace.

“If you keep holding me, I can’t take off my clothes.” Meng Ting looked up seriously at Yan Sui and said, “Wait until I’m done changing, then we can hug at home…”

Yan Sui neither nodded nor shook his head, but he tightened his grip on Meng Ting’s hand. He lowered his head slightly, their eyes meeting. Yan Sui softly asked, “I want to kiss you, is that okay?”

Meng Ting instinctively nodded, but before he could think or say anything else, he was kissed.

Yan Sui’s hand slid to Meng Ting’s nape, the gentle kiss gradually becoming more intense. He entwined his tongue with Meng Ting’s, kissing deeper and deeper. Meng Ting’s hand, not knowing when it had happened, also wrapped around Yan Sui’s waist. His originally wide-open eyes narrowed, and in that narrow field of vision, he only needed to confirm that it was Yan Sui kissing him.

After the kiss ended, Meng Ting, whose cheeks were originally just slightly flushed, now had a pink hue spreading to his exposed neck and other areas. He leaned against Yan Sui, breathing lightly, with a look of deep confusion in his eyes.

They came in to change clothes, why did they kiss? Oh, right, they came to change clothes.

“I, I haven’t changed my clothes yet…” Meng Ting finally remembered.

“This is the dress my aunt bought for herself. I didn’t wear it on purpose… No, I did wear it on purpose, but there was a reason…”

He doesn’t have a habit of wearing women’s clothes. Meng Ting’s eyes gradually widened as he spoke, anxiously trying to explain, but suddenly unable to articulate clearly. In Yan Sui’s eyes, he still looked extremely adorable.

Yan Sui continued to hold the person close, gently comforting, “No rush, let’s talk slowly.”

“No, I’d better change my clothes first before I talk to you,” Meng Ting said as he reached for the zipper on his dress. However, after searching all around, he still couldn’t find it. He was in a hurry to change his clothes, so he could only ask Yan Sui for help, “Yan Sui, do you see where the zipper of the dress is?”

Yan Sui knew that Meng Ting was genuinely shy and awkward. Although he thought Meng Ting was extremely cute like this, he still couldn’t bear to see Meng Ting so anxious.

He took a step back to help Meng Ting look for it, and finally, Yan Sui lifted Meng Ting’s hand. It turned out the zipper of the dress was on the side of the waist, no wonder Meng Ting couldn’t find it after searching all over his back.

“I’ll help you,” Yan Sui said as he began to help Meng Ting. Meng Ting gently nodded, cooperating with Yan Sui, and changed back into his sports hoodie. Meng Ting let out a sigh of relief.

He turned around, covering Yan Sui’s eyes with both hands, “Forget what my dress looks like, it’s too strange, you must forget it.”

Meng Ting said, kissing Yan Sui’s lips as if rewarding him, “Be good, forget it, forget it.”

Yan Sui’s lips curled up, and he stretched out his hand to hug the person again. “Ting Ting, you don’t need to worry. I like you no matter what you look like.”

Before falling for Meng Ting, he never thought about whether he liked boys or girls. Since Meng Ting was a boy, the person he liked was also a boy. But it was limited to Meng Ting; no one else, regardless of gender, could catch his eye.

Yan Sui thought for a moment and added, “It’s you that I like.”

Meng Ting, upon hearing this, slowly released Yan Sui’s eyes. Meeting Yan Sui’s gaze as he looked back, the hint of awkwardness in his expression finally faded away. “Yan Sui, me too. I like you, only you.”

“I won’t let anyone have you,” Meng Ting never shies away from his possessiveness. He is sure that he wants to keep Yan Sui to himself more, so he will tell Yan Sui and do exactly as he wants.

“Of course,” Yan Sui said, raising his hand to ruffle Meng Ting’s hair again.

Meng Ting stood obediently and let Yan Sui rub him, and only after Yan Sui had rubbed him enough did he get pulled out of the changing room.

They spent about twenty minutes in the changing room. When Yan Manjia saw them coming, she glanced at her phone, and the smile on his face became more ambiguous. “Tsk… just know how to stimulate this old lady.”

Meng Ting, upon hearing this, looked at Yan Manjia and said straightforwardly, “You don’t look too old, and Yan Sui treats me well. He went to help me change my clothes.”

How did this stimulate Yan Manjia? Meng Ting couldn’t quite understand.

Facing Meng Ting’s sincere gaze, Yan Manjia, who had been stabbed twice, surprisingly couldn’t find any words to retort.

“We’ve packed up everything we ordered, let’s head home first.”

He Wan and Li Yifei are probably scheming together again, and they happen to find out about it, so they should make some careful plans. Yan Manjia used to hate He Wan, but now she not only hates her but also finds her disgusting. The same goes for Xiao Zi.

Yan Sui looked at Yan Manjia’s expression and then recalled Meng Ting’s previous disguise. He naturally knew that the two of them weren’t just doing this out of boredom.

“We’re going home,” Yan Sui said, gently squeezing Meng Ting’s hand again.

He got up to pay the bill for them, then picked up the packed desserts. Yan Manjia left the dessert shop first, but Meng Ting still obediently stood by his side waiting. Seeing that Yan Sui could carry them with one hand, he reached out and held Yan Sui’s other hand.

“I’ll open the door for you.”

“Okay,” Yan Sui replied, his gaze so gentle it could make anyone swoon.

There are envious and jealous gazes from everyone around them, but no matter how others think, it has no impact on Yan Sui and Meng Ting; at this moment, they can only see each other.

Yan Manjia took the car she and Meng Ting came in to go back, while Meng Ting and Yan Sui took the car driven by Zhao Bing.

***

Meng Ting’s appetite had been spoiled by He Wan and Li Yifei’s conversation earlier, but now that Yan Sui was here, his appetite returned. He ate the pastries himself and even fed some to Yan Sui. Time flew by, and after finishing two boxes of snacks, they returned to the doorstep of their home.

“Let’s go to the study first, and then come down for dinner,” Yan Sui had already learned from Meng Ting that he and Yan Manjia had encountered He Wan and Li Yifei. After finishing his conversation with Nanny Wang, he continued to hold Meng Ting’s hand and walked upstairs, with Yan Manjia consciously following them.

They sat down on the sofa in the study, and after careful thought, Meng Ting recounted the conversation he had overheard to Yan Sui and Yan Manjia.

Compared to He Wan and Li Yifei’s intention to target him, Meng Ting was more concerned about their plan to have Meng Qin give birth to Yan Sui’s child. After he finished speaking, he turned to Yan Sui, “Do you really want to have a child?”

“I can’t give birth to a baby for you, but I also don’t want anyone else to give birth to a baby for you.”

Whether it’s Meng Qin or other unfamiliar women, Meng Ting doesn’t want them to have children for Yan Sui. Saying this out loud, he also feels selfish, but this is his true inner thought; he doesn’t want to hide it from Yan Sui.

“I’ve said before, there won’t be a third person between us, and that includes the children.”

Yan Sui said this a long time ago. At that time, it wasn’t because he loved Meng Ting to the point of not being able to tolerate a third person, but rather… he had determined long ago that he would never have his own children in this lifetime.

As for the inheritance of the Yan family, with so many members of the Yan clan, he will choose one to cultivate at the right time, but it’s still too early for that.

Meng Ting’s gaze was intensely focused on Yan Sui, completely forgetting Yan Manjia, who was also in the study. After processing Yan Sui’s words, he followed his heart and pounced over. Yan Sui caught him, but they both fell onto the sofa, and he was kissed fiercely by Meng Ting.

Yan Manjia moved her gaze away in speechless envy, but if she were in Meng Ting’s position, she would also be moved by Yan Sui’s words.

Meng Ting’s heart gradually settled down, and only then did he remember that it wasn’t just him and Yan Sui in the study; there was also Yan Manjia, who was their elder. But precisely because he remembered, he felt even more embarrassed to come out of Yan Sui’s embrace. He shrank his head and gently pinched the ticklish flesh on Yan Sui’s side.

Yan Sui tensed the muscles in his face to avoid showing too strange an expression. He looked at Yan Manjia, gave a helpless smile, and Yan Manjia nodded in understanding, saying nothing more. She stood up and left the study.
