UPDATE – I managed to read ch1-86 on the OG translator’s site by using the immersive reader setting on chrome!

Same as what Emjeyy said – it works on Google Chrome too. If on PC browser, there should be an icon with three dots on far right hand side of the URL bar. Press it for “More Actions” and there should be an option for immersive reader. So, even when you get the adblock pop-up message from the old TL site (ch1-86) which I think is an overlay, the immersive reader mode will extract the main text from the page and bypass the adblock overlay message. On android phone, I used the “reading mode” app installation via Chrome browser to trigger the same.

Unfortunately this way I atleast have to go back to the regular mode and quickly change chapters, before the ad block message comes up lol
For anyone who wants to access ch 1-86, try using aloha browser. It will still pop up the message for the adblocker when you try reading the chapter. So you need to click the bottom middle button (have three lines), then you’ll see the reader mode. Click that and you’ll be able to read it. Simply click the dark mode if your eyes can’t stand the white background. Have a happy reading!
For me Firefox works while reading chapters 1 – 86, and if it helps at all —I have these extensions: Adguard AdBlocker, Ghostery, and uBlock Origin.
And on the top right just next to the search button, is the button to choose light or dark (reading mode) on the website that has chapters 1 – 86. It has a little moon or little sun depending which mode you are on.
