Yu Haozhou, a young master of a wealthy family, never expected to be forced into an arranged marriage. He heard his future spouse was also a recently found heir, a long-lost son of another prominent family.

Homeless and dejected, Yu Haozhou got drunk at his family’s bar. In a haze, he saw his longtime rival, Zhou Zizheng, with whom he’d been at odds since high school.
It was well-known they’d fought all the way through college graduation, but what no one knew was that Yu Haozhou had harbored a secret crush on Zhou Zizheng for years.

Zhou Zizheng snorted coldly at him and raised his hand as if to hit him. Yu Haozhou quickly hid behind his bodyguard, pointing and yelling, “Surname Zhou, do you believe I will call my husband to beat you up!”
The bodyguard stepped aside and respectfully addressed Zhou Zizheng as “son-in-law.” To Yu Haozhou’s horror, Zhou Zizheng smiled and pulled him into his arms, gritting his teeth as he said, “Do I look like your husband to you?”
