“Di- ngh… Director”

Unable to keep up, the fair-skinned body pushed at Director Yeon’s chest weakly. Yielding for the moment, the man pulled back and ran his fingers through Jung Heeyeon’s disheveled hair.

“Yeah, Heeyeon?”

His voice was as composed as ever, his breathing entirely unaffected. Meanwhile, Jung Heeyeon was panting hard, blinking rapidly. When he noticed Director Yeon’s lips glistening with wetness from his own saliva, the realization made heat rush to his face. Reflexively pulling back, he felt something hard pressing against him under the man’s thigh. What was that? Before he could lower his gaze to check, Director Yeon grabbed his cheek, redirecting his attention.

“Should we stop?”

The expression on Director Yeon’s face was unfamiliar. His features were as composed as always, but the languid, predatory gleam in his eyes felt dangerously sharp. Feeling a sudden surge of nervousness, Jung Heeyeon found himself fumbling for words, his lips parting and closing silently.

“Hmm?”

The hand that had been on his cheek slid down, brushing lightly over the exposed collarbone peeking from his pajamas. Jung Heeyeon shook his head and pressed a quick peck to Director Yeon’s lips. The wetness of their lips caused a faint smack rather than a light peck.

Director Yeon slid a finger between Jung Heeyeon’s lips, prying them open before leaning in for another kiss. Their mouths overlapped again, and the wet inner lining of Jung Heeyeon’s mouth stimulated his nerves. The savagery he had barely contained since the earlier sight of blood now roared to life with the kiss. So much for taking suppressants, he thought, but he didn’t stop. Instead, he fully indulged, sucking on the small, warm tongue.

“Mmph…”

The slick sound of their lips meeting and the noises of lips sucking filled the quiet living room. Jung Heeyeon exhaled breaths that were closer to moans, completely overwhelmed by the unrelenting sensations. His mind felt even foggier than it had when he was drunk. It was as though he was being swept away, drifting further and further into an unknown place.

Jung Heeyeon kept fidgeting, partly from the discomfort beneath his thighs but also due to a strange dampness spreading at his behind. The more his body trembled at the unfamiliar sensation, the rougher Director Yeon’s movements became. Though saliva pooled in Jung Heeyeon’s mouth, threatening to spill, the man effortlessly claimed it as his own, swallowing it without hesitation.

With a wet sound, the man’s throat moved visibly as he swallowed.

Jung Heeyeon couldn’t bring himself to close his eyes. The alpha’s gaze burned fiercely, completely different from the languid look from moments ago. His eyes gleamed like those of a hunting dog locked onto its prey, unyielding and intense. A shiver of unease ran down the omega’s spine, making his waist quiver slightly. Gathering his courage, Jung Heeyeon reached out and touched Director Yeon’s cheek, prompting the man to narrow his eyes.

Jung Heeyeon awkwardly turned his head. When he lightly licked the tongue that had entered his mouth, he felt Director Yeon’s tongue retreat slightly. An impatient urgency welled up within him. Without realizing it, he slightly lifted his hips and leaned his body closer to the alpha.

Following the man’s actions, Jung Heeyeon pushed his tongue between Director Yeon’s lips. In response, Director Yeon grazed his tongue lightly with his teeth, startling Jung Heeyeon into pulling away. A low chuckle escaped the man’s lips.

“Were you surprised?”

Before he could answer, Director Yeon’s lips found his lips again. The thick, heated tongue licked along his lips before plunging inside, rubbing against his own tongue. Jung Heeyeon’s hands clenched, and his toes curled involuntarily.

“Uh, mmh…”

A reflexive moan escaped his lips. Director Yeon pulled him closer, the hand which was holding the back of his head started to trail down. His fingers slipped under the pajamas, causing the omega in his embrace to flinch and tremble. Jung Heeyeon continued to let out faint moans. While Director Yeon seemed relatively composed, Jung Heeyeon’s body felt as though flowers of heat were blooming everywhere those large hands touched. It was difficult to control his trembling, as if his brain had been overwhelmed with excitement and lost its function.

The rough movements of the man’s tongue, the unrelenting intensity of his gaze, and the quickening breaths—they all felt too good. Jung Heeyeon felt like prey about to be devoured. For the first time, he understood what Director Yeon had meant whenever he spoke about ‘devouring’ him.

“You have to breathe.”

With a wet sound, their lips separated. A wave of exhaustion hit Jung Heeyeon, and he rested his forehead against the man’s shoulder, his breathing ragged and uneven. Director Yeon, who had pushed him to this state, was now stroking his hair gently as if he had never been rough. When Jung Heeyeon finally managed to lift his head, their eyes met. The tender motions contrasted sharply with the alpha’s hardened expression and the unwavering intensity in his gaze.

Jung Heeyeon’s heightened senses made every touch feel electric, but his mind seemed to be sinking into a deep calm, as though he could fall asleep at any moment.

“Di, Director.”

“Yeah, Heeyeon.”

Jung Heeyeon blinked slowly, reaching out a hand. It hesitated briefly in the air, then lightly touched Director Yeon’s eyelid. The old scar beneath his finger didn’t feel rough but rather as smooth as bare skin. Director Yeon allowed Jung Heeyeon to trace the scar, his gaze fixated on the omega in his arms as though he were devouring him with his eyes.

“I… I want to kiss you again.”

Jung Heeyeon murmured, his voice almost whining. His small body collapsed into the man’s embrace, his soft, childlike breaths tickling the alpha’s ears.

“Haaa.”

Director Yeon let out a dry laugh. Muttering a low curse, he ran a hand through his hair, the other still holding Jung Heeyeon close. Suppressing his primal urges, driven by possessiveness and obsession, wasn’t easy. He rarely reacted to omega pheromones, but just one kiss from Jung Heeyeon had him completely unraveled. Had he not taken suppressants, he might have pushed Jung Heeyeon to tears by now.

Grumbling another curse under his breath, Director Yeon lowered his face to Jung Heeyeon’s neck. The pale skin against his lips smelled faintly sweet, and without hesitation, he bit down, leaving faint teeth marks.

“Hmmm…”

Jung Heeyeon’s shoulder twitched slightly as he let out a soft sound in his sleep.

“Haaa, Jung Heeyeon…”

Director Yeon muttered the omega’s name like a curse, his voice low and strained. Chuckling bitterly, he pressed his lips gently against the mark he’d left on Jung Heeyeon’s neck. A faint red bruise began to bloom on the pale skin, marking Jung Heeyeon’s body, not because of violence for the first time.

Director Yeon’s cold gaze lingered on the mark he had left, his fingers brushing over it absentmindedly.

Outside the window, the rain continued to fall.

The room was filled with the sound of Jung Heeyeon’s steady, peaceful breathing. Slowly, his senses began to stir, signaling his return to wakefulness. The sensation was blurry yet pleasant, like waking up from a deep, restful sleep. As he opened his eyes, a soft white light greeted him. Snow was falling outside, brightening the sky with its glow.

Jung Heeyeon blinked several times, still nestled in the cozy sheets. When did he return to the bedroom?

He rose, letting his feet touch the floor. Warmth seeped into his bare soles. Normally, he would have been wearing socks, but today, oddly enough, he was barefoot. Sunlight streaming through the window fell halfway across his feet, tickling them with its warmth. Unable to resist, he wiggled his toes slightly.

As he walked slowly toward the window, he saw a snow-covered landscape stretching out below. Just yesterday, it had been raining endlessly. This winter’s weather was nothing if not capricious. Jung Heeyeon lightly tapped the snow globe sitting in the corner of the windowsill. Glittering starlight swirled gently inside the glass dome.

As he gazed at the snow globe, lost in thought, memories of last night came rushing back.

“Ah…”

He covered his lips with his palm. He couldn’t be sure, but it felt like his face was flushing. The kiss had been incredibly pleasant. Just as delightful as a peck on the lips—but distinctly different. If a peck was like the sunlight tickling the tops of his feet, then a kiss was something more…

Jung Heeyeon shook his head, keeping his hand over his lips to stifle the hiccup that threatened to escape. The first time he had a peck, he’d had strange dreams that night. If he dwelled on it too much now, he might have another such dream tonight. Lee Haejin had said that it was normal to have such dreams when you liked someone, but if he had another one, he wouldn’t know how to face Director Yeon.

Lowering his gaze, he saw his pale feet. He needed to move to shake off his thoughts, but the soft warmth of the sunlight on his feet made it hard to leave the spot. In the end, he simply shook the snow globe a few more times, then placed it gently in his palm. Raising it to eye level, he watched as the snow falling outside the window blended with the snow inside the glass dome.
