    1. Kay says:

      Why? Is it dog blood?

    2. Meow★ says:

Is it a dog blood drama ? a lot of angst ?

    3. Caleist says:

Plssssss can you tell me whyyyyy
      I’m dying from anxiety 😭

      1. ILYP_ says:

It’s hard to explain. You need to read it to understand. It’s HE and there is a lot of fluff in the story, the ML loves our MC so, so much and the MC loves him just as much. They are they mutual support💕
I love this novel, and I’m grateful for the translator and editor effort.

  4. Silver says:

I like the concept, but I’ve only struggled through to chapter twelve so far… not sure if it’s the way it’s written, or the way it’s translated, but this is extremely awkward and somewhat disjointed, absolutely full of grammatical problems.

    1. disappointed says:

I agree. This reads like MTL with minimal, if any, editing. I’m interested in the story but I’m struggling to read this. I don’t know if it’s because English isn’t the translator’s first language, but I highly recommend they get an editor who is fluent.

      1. xie lian says:

        This is heartwrenchingly beautiful!!

  5. NYX says:

hi. plz write in proper English. there are so many mistakes and i m gradually loosing interest. story is good but knoxt should hire professional translators or editors to do job. You will loose audiance if the product is faulty. look at chrysanthemum website. they offer flawless translated stories so if u want to build audience plz work on your translations and simply don’t MTL it.

  6. Xinghe'smeowmeow says:

I hope someone who actually knows mandarin translates this novel. Its too good of story to have a shitty mlt.

I wish sites like knoxt.space would ban mlt translators.

  7. ILYP_ says:

No one asked my opinion but here it is: If you want a perfect flawless translation please buy the original work and go find a professional translator, pay them and then you’ll have something to your liking. Many translators and editors are doing all of this without getting paid. If you’re dissatisfied with the translation just move to another novel. Why leave such comments?

About the translation here: if you have experience reading Chinese novels translated to English, you won’t have any problem reading this one. And it’s totally worth it. The editor started working around the middle of the novel if you are curious about it.

I’m grateful for the effort that the translator put into this and also the editor’s work.

THE NOVEL IS SUCH A GREAT NOVEL😭 really really worthy of your time 💕

    1. Jesriccerrrrr says:

Thank you for posting this comment!!! ♥️♥️♥️♥️
There are some really mean comments from ppl who don’t even donate to the site but are demanding professional level work. You said it best, they can get the original work and hire someone to translate for them to enjoy.

English is not the first language of the translator, and I think she mentioned that Mandarin isn’t either, so of course for such a long book where some chapters are over five thousand characters, she will need to use a translating program to help. Also, anyone familiar with how Chinese authors write, they use a lot of euphemisms, metaphors and their Proverbs which can be super difficult to translate.

I’m a native English speaker who understands very little of Chinese culture but I was able to understand and enjoy this story. The only thing that stood out for me, were the mistakes with he/she and him/her. And those just made me giggle 🤭🤭
