After dicing the peeled tomatoes, he set it aside. He heated oil in a pan, poured in the beaten eggs, scrambled them, and then set them aside.

While the oil was still in the pan, he added a handful of wild onions to sauté until fragrant, then tossed in the diced tomatoes to stir-fry until soft and juicy. He added a small amount of water, put the scrambled eggs, and after a moment added a bit of salt and pepper. The simple tomato and egg sauce was ready.

Jiang Tang’s series of actions, from stir-frying to completing the dish, were so smooth and flowing that it resembled a dance. It captivated everyone to watch, leaving the comments completely stunned.
