PSMD – Chapter 51

Qiu Yang’s voice was already quite soft and sweet, and speaking to Shen Ningruo in that tone, with an added hint of stickiness, was exceptionally delicious and tempting, causing Shen Ningruo’s throat to involuntarily swallow.

It was as if she had many triggers all over her body, and Qiu Yang only needed to touch one to set them all off, making her eyes, her mind, her world contain only Qiu Yang.

Shen Ningruo’s heart rate rapidly accelerated. The spot on her face where she was kissed seemed to still hold the lingering warmth of Qiu Yang’s lips, and she could smell Qiu Yang’s scent beside her. She hadn’t expected Qiu Yang to ask her that. She was lost in thought for several seconds before she could respond: “I…”

For the first time in her life, she found speaking so difficult. She was also being stared at intently by Qiu Yang, and her face started to heat up.

“I, I…” Shen Ningruo felt like she was stuttering at that moment, unable to even form a complete sentence.

“I said I could send you photos and videos of Pingzi,” Qiu Yang said, tucking a strand of her hair behind her ear at that moment. “I didn’t say you couldn’t come back with me.”

Qiu Yang was learning to exploit loopholes in words, a skill she picked up from Shen Ningruo.

It was quite effective, as seen from Shen Ningruo’s reaction. Qiu Yang’s mood instantly brightened considerably.

“I know that’s what you meant,” Shen Ningruo nodded, picking up Qiu Yang’s words.

She finally calmed down, although her heart was still racing, especially when Qiu Yang brushed her hair just now. Whether intentional or not, her fingertip grazed her earlobe, making it even harder for her to breathe evenly, but she didn’t want to show it too obviously.

Because Qiu Yang was right, she did want to sleep with Qiu Yang, but unfortunately, her cold hadn’t gotten better, so she could only swallow that thought back down.

She’d wait until she was better. Besides, Qiu Yang’s period hadn’t completely finished, so neither of them was really in a state for it.

But her self-control around Qiu Yang seemed to be diminishing little by little. She could still remain composed when they first met.

She really wanted to kiss Qiu Yang, really wanted Qiu Yang to hold her, or perhaps just one look from Qiu Yang would be enough for her to surrender.

Before meeting Qiu Yang, she had no such thoughts at all. Now, this feeling was so strong it made her feel a bit flustered.

So Shen Ningruo understood now. The reason for her physical desire wasn’t because she had reached a certain age, but because of Qiu Yang.

And any action by Qiu Yang was like giving her an aphrodisiac, causing such a strong reaction, making her chest pound and echo.

The space inside the car was relatively small. When they were close, they could hear everything clearly. Qiu Yang’s ears were filled with Shen Ningruo’s irregular breathing. She also swallowed, feeling her lips and tongue dry, and couldn’t help but lick them.

Shen Ningruo saw this. She felt like she had turned into a firecracker, and Qiu Yang’s unconscious action just now had directly ignited her, causing a crackling sound in her heart, sparks flying everywhere.

But she couldn’t kiss Qiu Yang now, nor would anything happen between them in the car.

Shen Ningruo’s throat became tighter. Her voice still had the nasal tone from her cold. She looked at Qiu Yang again: “I’ll take you back first.”

Qiu Yang was startled: “Okay.”

She hadn’t expected Shen Ningruo to say that, but she didn’t object, only reminded her: “Then buckle up.”

Qiu Yang secretly admitted that she had been deliberate just now. She naturally knew what Shen Ningruo’s somewhat awkward posture meant, after all, they always had great chemistry. Therefore, she intentionally said that sentence and even used the nickname Yao Yao had used for Shen Ningruo tonight.

“Ruoruo,” it sounded very cute, completely unlike the cold Director Shen.

The sedan drove out of the underground parking lot. Qiu Yang looked out the window, her lips moving several times. She was still savoring the name “Ruoruo,” though not even a whisper came out.

The road back was much smoother now, only stopping at traffic lights. Shen Ningruo kept her gaze fixed ahead, her lips tightly pressed together, until she dropped Qiu Yang off at the entrance of her complex. Only then did her lips part slightly: “We’re here.”

“Okay.”

“Then drive safely back.”

Shen Ningruo hummed nasally. She turned her head, watched Qiu Yang unbuckle her seatbelt and open the door a crack. Just as she was about to push it open, she grabbed Qiu Yang’s left wrist and pulled her slightly towards herself.

With that pull, Qiu Yang’s chin rested directly on her shoulder.

The passenger door was still slightly ajar. People walking by, their chatting voices drifted into the car, clearly audible to both of them.

Qiu Yang’s nose was again filled with Shen Ningruo’s lemon scent, fresh and pleasant, very nice to smell.

She could guess why Shen Ningruo suddenly pulled her back, but the answer felt a bit vague.

Shen Ningruo took a deep breath. As she slowly exhaled, she called out to Qiu Yang: “Xiao Yang.”

Qiu Yang blinked: “What is it?”

She couldn’t see anything clearly now, but there was a strand of Shen Ningruo’s hair on her nose. This strand of hair slowly brushed against her with Shen Ningruo’s movements, ticklish and slightly numb.

“You can send me pictures and videos of Pangpang when you get back,” Shen Ningruo’s voice lowered slightly, right next to Qiu Yang’s ear. Even with her cold, her voice sounded as good as ever, with an added different feeling.

Qiu Yang agreed: “Okay, I know.”

Her tone was like coaxing a child. Shen Ningruo heard it.

But Shen Ningruo wasn’t annoyed; she thought it was nice this way too.

Qiu Yang’s right hand was already on her shoulder, preventing herself from falling, her whole body leaning against her. Shen Ningruo’s breathing deepened again. In the end, she couldn’t resist her body’s restlessness. She turned her head, nudged Qiu Yang’s chin with her nose, then slowly moved upwards, rubbing Qiu Yang’s cute, small ear.

It was a pity she couldn’t kiss, only do this.

But it did somewhat relieve her body’s restlessness. After holding Qiu Yang for a while, with waves of passersby going by, Shen Ningruo finally let go: “Go on back.”

She said these three words very lightly, but in reality, it took a lot of effort.

A cold is contagious, and she didn’t want Xiao Yang to feel as uncomfortable as she did, especially since she didn’t have much experience taking care of others, and the medicine she was taking was very bitter.

“Okay,” Qiu Yang responded, letting go of her hand, pushing the car door open. After standing on the ground, she turned back and bent down to wave at Shen Ningruo.

Shen Ningruo leaned over, and Qiu Yang kissed her left cheek as well: “I have OCD, now it’s balanced.”

“You’re right,” Shen Ningruo’s lips curved upwards uncontrollably.

Seeing her finally smile, Qiu Yang felt a little relieved. Finally, she reminded her as usual: “Remember to drink water and take your medicine.”

“I remember.”

“Then I’m going in.”

“Goodbye.”

“Goodbye.”

Shen Ningruo watched the car door close, then watched Qiu Yang walk into the complex. Only when she could no longer see her did she slowly withdraw her gaze.

Her palm was hot at that moment, covered in a thin layer of sweat. She first took off her suit jacket, feeling a bit less uncomfortable, then restarted the car and drove away from there.

After Qiu Yang got back, she took a shower first, gradually calming down.

Frankly speaking, if Shen Ningruo hadn’t had a cold and she hadn’t been on her period, the situation tonight would definitely have been more intense.

Her and Shen Ningruo’s bodies were like two super-strong magnets, easily sticking together and not so easy to separate.

She was actually a little scared, having tried hard to control her reaction and not show it too obviously.

Now completely calm, Qiu Yang sat on the sofa holding Pingzi, her brows slightly furrowed.

Pingzi had slept for a long time during the day. Now that Qiu Yang was back, she was naturally a bit clingy. Her head was being rubbed by Qiu Yang, and she comfortably narrowed her eyes.

“Pingzi,” Qiu Yang looked at her round eyes, “I’m starting to understand when you were in heat before.”

Pingzi was a female cat, spayed a year ago. Her heat didn’t start early, it began about a year ago. That period was exhausting for Pingzi. She would meow and rub against anyone she saw, and her butt would stick up high when patted. During that time, Tao Sixian was so annoyed by Pingzi that she moved out for a while. Qiu Yang at the time just thought she really couldn’t stand it and needed a quiet environment, so she didn’t think much of it.

Thinking back now, Pingzi being in heat was just an excuse. Qiu Yang’s mouth turned down at the thought.

And Qiu Yang hadn’t had the idea of breeding Pingzi at the time. After the heat ended, she got her spayed. Since then, Pingzi had never suffered like that again.

Qiu Yang didn’t think her situation was as exaggerated as an animal in heat, but she could understand the feeling.

Because she was so surprised by her physical liking and longing for Shen Ningruo, it made her feel a bit lost, not knowing how long this period would last. But she couldn’t get spayed like Pingzi; she could only calm down or find a solution.

Unfortunately, her period had arrived.

Unfortunately, Shen Ningruo still had a cold.

Pingzi didn’t understand anything, but she knew her mom was talking about her feelings. So she opened her eyes and meowed in response.

Qiu Yang picked up her phone again to check the time, estimating that Shen Ningruo should have finished showering. Only then did she take photos and videos of Pingzi and send them to Shen Ningruo.

Shen Ningruo came out of the bathroom ten minutes later. Drying her hair, she picked up her phone from the coffee table. When she opened it, she saw photos and videos of Pingzi, as well as Qiu Yang’s legs.

Qiu Yang was wearing a nightgown, revealing a section of her clean calves. In the photo, she was sitting cross-legged, and Pingzi was lying on her lap.

Shen Ningruo: …

To be honest, she was jealous of that fat cat again.

She coughed twice, then sniffled, before replying to Qiu Yang: 【I’ll come pet her when I’m better.】

It was a very proper sentence on the surface, but Qiu Yang’s eyebrow twitched when she saw the words.

She didn’t want Shen Ningruo to pet Pingzi; she wanted Shen Ningruo to pet her .

The moment this thought popped up, Qiu Yang immediately opened a music app and started listening to a 《Heart Purification Mantra》.

She didn’t want to take another shower.

But the 《Heart Purification Mantra》 was completely useless. Qiu Yang’s eyes were closed, but her mind started to wander on its own.

Had the hickeys on Shen Ningruo’s chest disappeared? Qiu Yang didn’t know, but she really wanted to leave two more on Shen Ningruo.

Really, really wanted to.
