TYMRHBDES Chapter 120

Chapter 120: The Cold, Crazy School Heartthrob x Spoiled, Delicate Little Brat 28

His snow-white face, tinged with the spoiled air of a pampered child, shone with bright, sparkling eyes. Standing amidst the crowd, his smile was radiant and dazzling.

All the world’s beauty seemed to have been bestowed upon him.

A blond, blue-eyed man paused, captivated by his charm. Mu Jianian, however, shot the man a displeased glare and swiftly pulled him into his arms, carrying him back to the hotel.

Another long night of indulgence followed.

His husband held him close, burying himself deep within him, murmuring his name repeatedly as he kissed his collarbone.

“Bao Bao, will you always stay with your husband?”

“Never leave me…”

Then he continued to mark him as his own.

Like a lion hunting its prey, he claimed his prize within his claws and teeth.

Lost in their passionate embrace, they would remain entwined until death.

The news of their marriage caused a stir among their friends for two days. Father Jiang sighed and finally acknowledged it.

Mother Jiang, however, was delighted.

But where there was joy, there was also bitterness.

Jiang Wanwan ground his teeth in hatred, but it was all in vain. He couldn’t even reach Mu Jianian’s circle. The few patrons he relied on had all run into trouble recently, one after another, leaving them too preoccupied to spare him any attention.

Watching Jiang Luoluo’s life improve day by day, Jiang Wanwan felt as though he were marinating in a vat of vinegar.

Until that day, when he received a message from Li Chuan asking to meet.

After returning home, Mu Jianian kept an even closer watch over his young wife.

Perhaps it was the aftereffects of the injection, but Jiang Luoluo, who had lost his memory, always felt disconnected from the world. Only when he clung to Mu Jianian’s side did he feel somewhat better.

In the president’s office, Mu Jianian held a document in one hand and supported Jiang Luoluo’s waist with the other. His young wife nestled obediently in his arms, scrolling through his phone. Occasionally, he would lift his face to kiss him, a blissful smile gracing his snow-white cheeks.

Looking at him was like gazing at the entire world.

This feeling of possessing Jiang Luoluo entirely sent a shiver down Mu Jianian’s spine. He lowered his head to kiss the person in his arms.

He thought he would never be able to let go of Jiang Luoluo for the rest of his life.

“Husband~”

The person in his arms, breathless from the kiss, lifted his phone to show him, his moist eyes hazy with mist:

“Husband~ Will you come with me to this resort for the weekend~”

The screen displayed a Japanese hot spring resort, with bamboo blinds by the water, flowing curtains, and swirling mist.

Mu Jianian kissed his eyes. “Yes.”

The resort town wasn’t too crowded on the weekend.

After a day of eating, drinking, and exploring inside, Jiang Luoluo changed into his swim trunks and waited excitedly for Mu Jianian.

Mu Jianian glanced back at him, but only for a moment. Then he furrowed his handsome brows. “Where’s your shirt?”

“I didn’t bring one~”

Mu Jianian turned back and rummaged through the closet, pulling out one of his own shirts for Jiang Luoluo to wear. He even meticulously buttoned it all the way to the top.

Seeing Jiang Luoluo completely covered, unable to even move his arms, Mu Jianian finally smiled. He leaned in and kissed him. “This is much better.”

His man was not to be seen by any other man.

After saying this, he glared at Jiang Luoluo’s exposed legs.

Jiang Luoluo followed his gaze and quickly waved the excess sleeve. “No, no~ I don’t want to wear your pants again~ They’ll drag on the ground~”

“Besides, we came to soak in the hot springs. Why are you covering me up so completely?”

His soft, milky voice protested. His little wife lowered his head and rolled up the sleeves himself.

Mu Jianian naturally didn’t admit it was male possessiveness at play. He held Jiang Luoluo in his arms, soothing him until the boy’s round eyes curved into crescent moons of laughter before leading him out.

As they passed through the public bathhouse, they drew stares all the way.

Mu Jianian had a stunning physique.

A narrow waist, broad shoulders, a straight back, long legs, and smooth, well-defined muscle lines—a picture of powerful beauty.

A gay radar with a perfect score lingered on Mu Jianian with lingering reluctance, only to deflate upon seeing the boy Mu Jianian was holding hands with.

After finding a private hot spring with a sign, Jiang Luoluo gingerly dipped his toes in, supported by Mu Jianian’s steady hand.

Mu Jianian followed closely behind him.

His little wife splashed in the water for a while before complaining of thirst and demanding juice.

Mu Jianian cupped his face and kissed him. “Be a good boy and wait for me.”

No sooner had Mu Jianian left than a figure darted over.

Short hair, thick eyebrows, and a handsome, masculine appearance.

He whispered excitedly, “Luo Luo, I’ve come to rescue you!”

Jiang Luoluo: “…”

After a two-second silence, Jiang Luoluo asked, “Hello, have you gotten the wrong place?”

Li Chuan’s chest, brimming with the fiery passion of a brother willing to risk his life for his friends, suddenly felt doused with cold water. He leaned over the edge of the hot spring and waved his hand in front of Jiang Luoluo’s face.

“Luo Luo? Are you blind??”

Jiang Luoluo instinctively slapped away the hand flailing in front of her.

The two stared at each other, the atmosphere growing increasingly awkward.

Jiang Luoluo couldn’t understand why he was being so rude to this stranger.

After a moment of silent staring, Jiang Luoluo finally asked, “How do you know my name is Luo Luo?”

This time, it was Li Chuan’s turn to fall silent.

He suspected Jiang Luoluo was playing a trick on him, but he had no proof.

As he studied his earnest expression, Li Chuan finally realized what had been bothering him.

Luo Luo’s gaze was too unfamiliar, too genuine to be an act.

This unsettling thought sent a chill down Li Chuan’s spine. “Don’t tell me you don’t recognize me…”

Jiang Luoluo watched him nod obediently.

Li Chuan cursed under his breath. “What kind of crooked schemes did that idiot Mu Jianian come up with? Damn it!”

This familiar way of cursing made Jiang Luoluo’s eyes light up. “Oh! I know! You’re Li Chuan!!”

Li Chuan was ecstatic. “You remembered??”

“Did I finally trigger your memory!!!”

“I knew it! The bond between us—”

Jiang Luoluo quickly backed away, leaning against the edge of the hot spring pool, and firmly rejected Li Chuan. “Give up. I won’t like you!”

Li Chuan: “???”

“What kind of nonsense has Mu Jianian been feeding you?!”

Li Chuan circled around to find Jiang Luoluo, desperately trying to explain. “I don’t like guys! I have a goddess! Our relationship is purely platonic…”

Li Chuan circled to the right outside the pool, while Jiang Luoluo ran in the opposite direction inside, putting distance between them.

The two of them went around in circles, one inside and one outside.

Jiang Luoluo stubbornly refused. “Don’t even try, Li Chuan. If you don’t like me, why are you still bothering me?!”

“And what’s with the goddess excuse? Are you deliberately trying to get close to me?!”

“You scum!”

Li Chuan was left speechless by the scolding. Unable to blame Jiang Luoluo, he turned his fury on Mu Jianian and unleashed a string of vulgar insults:

“Mu Jianian, you scum! Damn you!”

“He’s not even human!”

“I wondered why I couldn’t reach you. This dog was waiting for me here!”

Jiang Luoluo suddenly stopped, glaring at him angrily. “Don’t you dare insult my husband!”

Li Chuan retorted, “Your husband? He’s just a scum! A scumbag! A pervert!!”

“He tricked you into getting a marriage certificate in just a few days!”

“That scheming, deep-hearted dog of a man really knows how to play the game!!”

Enraged, Jiang Luoluo slapped the water and turned to leave. Li Chuan quickly stopped him.

“Alright, alright, I won’t insult him anymore. He’s probably coming back soon. Let me make this quick!”

“You and Mu Jianian were together a few years ago, but you broke up later.”

“You only met again about a month ago. I don’t know what he used to threaten you—you never told me.”

“But he installed tracking software on your phone. He’s been following you ever since.”

“When you discovered this and tried to break up with him, I lost my temper and smashed a bottle over his head. To keep us from getting involved, you went with him.”

“After that, I couldn’t reach you anymore. It’s been like this ever since.”

Li Chuan glanced at the time and grew serious. “I’m not sure if your phone or any other electronic devices you have are bugged with tracking or eavesdropping software. I was afraid Mu Jianian would notice, so I didn’t dare call you from another number.”

“That’s why I got a new phone number. It’s only different from yours in the last two digits. Mine ends in 85. Remember that.”

“I know you don’t believe me right now. You can take your time to figure things out. If you ever decide to leave, contact me. Got it?”

Li Chuan stood outside the hot spring, his face unusually solemn.

“Luo Luo, we’re the best of friends. You can always choose to trust me.”

Jiang Luoluo stared at him, stunned by his expression.

Watching Li Chuan walk away, Jiang Luoluo felt a sourness well up in her nose. He didn’t know why.

He flicked a few drops of water with his slender fingers, muttering softly to hiimself as if speaking to the air:

“Liar…”

“My husband loves me very much…”

“He would never treat me like this…”

At the bar, Mu Jianian ordered a bottle of sake and a glass of freshly squeezed juice.

Since the juice had to be made fresh, he waited a moment.

His long arm rested on the bar. “Some of that sugar too.”

“President Zhao, you’re misunderstanding. That’s not what I meant…”

“President Zhao, you’ve had too much to drink…”

“President Zhao, please don’t…”

The sound of resistance reached his ears, oddly familiar.

Mu Jianian lifted his eyelids and saw a familiar face.

Jiang Wanwan was being forcibly embraced by a middle-aged man, his clothes askew.

Mu Jianian coldly averted his gaze, but Jiang Wanwan seemed to suddenly notice him. Her voice trembled as he pleaded, “President Mu!”

“President Mu!”

“Brother Jianian, save me!”

As luck would have it, while President Zhao, already three parts drunk, was momentarily distracted, Jiang Wanwan managed to break free. He stumbled towards Mu Jianian, His face flushed with a drunken blush, his clothes in disarray. He looked like a delicate white flower that had narrowly escaped being trampled. Clinging pitifully to his arm, he cried, “President Mu! Please save me!”

“President Zhao is drunk! He—he was trying to assault me!!”

“I almost got dragged away by him!!”

“You must save me, I don’t want to…”
