TYMRHBDES Chapter 27

T/N: Hello guys….! I’m back. I hope I can update as usual!

He leaned down and kissed Jiang Luoluo’s small face. “Time to get up and get dressed.”

Jiang Luoluo let out a soft, playful huff of displeasure.

Fu Tingchuan reached over and pulled Jiang Luoluo out from under the covers. Just as he was about to remove the blanket and pull out fresh clothes from the shopping bag, Jiang Luoluo hastily stopped him:

I’ll do it myself!”

He figured if he let CEO Fu Tingchuan dress him, he might never make it out of bed today.

Jiang Luoluo yanked the clothes over and haphazardly started to put them on.

The shirt wasn’t too bad—he had some marks on the body, but other than that, it was fine.

But when he stood up to pull on his pants, he let out a small gasp.

His legs were sore, stiff, and felt like noodles—he almost fell to his knees before Fu Tingchuan.

Fu Tingchuan swallowed his laugh and quickly scooped Jiang Luoluo into his arms. “Does it hurt that much?”

“I’ll call the family doctor.”

“Don’t… they’ll make fun of me…”

“Then I’ll have someone send some painkillers. We can leave after you take them.”

Fu Tingchuan lifted Jiang Luoluo out of bed, kissed his messy bangs, and said, “I’m almost finished, let me—”

“Husband has been very careful this time. I’m sure our baby won’t be hurt.”

Jiang Luoluo wrapped his arms around Fu Tingchuan’s neck, resting his head on Fu Tingchuan’s shoulder as he murmured, “But it’s been too long…”

The door to the suite closed behind them. Jiang Luoluo tilted his head, unguarded, and met Bai Tang’s dazed gaze coming from the sofa.

A crisp voice came from above, its steady tone stripping away the hint of gentleness directed at Jiang Luoluo. Fu Tingchuan’s eyebrows slowly furrowed. “Still here?”

Bai Tang’s gaze swept across Fu Tingchuan’s elegant face before settling on Jiang Luoluo, who was leaning against Fu Tingchuan’s shoulder.

Bai Tang scowled. Squished against Fu Tingchuan’s chest, Jiang Luoluo wrapped his arms around Fu Tingchuan’s neck and stared at himself with a smug expression.

‘That wicked little thief!’

Bai Tang seethed inwardly.

‘He’s doing this on purpose! Just to spite me, to show me who’s boss! How dare he get so intimate with Tingchuan-gege when even I’ve never been held like that by him!’

Seeing the shifting emotions on Bai Tang’s face, yet noticing how he remained frozen in place, Fu Tingchuan couldn’t help but frown.

‘I haven’t seen him for a few years. After all these years, how has he become so oblivious to others’ feelings?’

‘Staring so intensely at someone—it’s just plain rude!’ [footnote] T/N: Both personalities act the same on this occasion lol! [/footnote]

Fu Tingchuan’s expression darkened slightly. He carried Jiang Luoluo over to the sofa and then reached for a small blanket to cover his exposed feet. Only after ensuring they were completely hidden, so no other man could even catch a glimpse, did he turn around.

“Is there something else, Young Master Bai?”

Bai Tang unconsciously shook his head, staring at Fu Tingchuan in disbelief. He opened his mouth…

How could Fu Tingchuan act like this?

He had never been this way before!

How could he hold someone else so intimately?

How could he be so meticulous in taking care of another person?

And how… how could he shield that person behind his own body?

Why was he looking at Bai Tang with such a cold, hard gaze?

wasn’t Bai Tang supposed to be the most special one to him…

“What’s this?”

Jiang Luoluo craned his neck, eyeing the beautifully wrapped box on the tea table, and reached out to grab it.

Fu Tingchuan caught that eager little hand. “Don’t touch the food outside the house.”

Jiang Luoluo pursed his lips, feeling glum.

Fu Tingchuan’s heart softened a bit. He gentled his voice, trying to cheer him up. “Wait a little longer. Once I’m done with my work, I’ll take you shopping.”

Watching this scene, Bai Tang felt like he’d been struck by lightning. He stumbled back a few steps, dazed.

He’d always thought Fu Tingchuan was naturally cold and distant, but now he saw it wasn’t true.

Fu Tingchuan could be warm and gentle—it just wasn’t something he’d ever shown to Bai Tang.

‘No!’

Bai Tang’s fingers curled into his palm, and he gritted his teeth:

‘All of this should have been mine in the first place! It’s Jiang Luoluo who has no shame, who seduced Fu Tingchuan and stole everything that was rightfully mine!’

‘It’s all his fault!’

‘Without him, everything would be back to the way it should be.’

‘I’m the only one special to Fu Tingchuan!’

Bai Tang turned around and ran off.

On the sofa, Jiang Luoluo propped his elbow up and rested his chin on his hand, looking like a small, delicate jade carving. “Fu Tingchuan, he’s run away~”

Fu Tingchuan had just given instructions to Secretary Liu and wasn’t quite caught up with what was happening. “Who’s run away?”

The person on the sofa grinned mischievously, holding up their small face. “Your little darling, Young Master Bai Tang, has run off because you upset him.”

Fu Tingchuan playfully tapped his head. “Don’t be silly.”

Two hours later.

True to his word, Fu Tingchuan finished work early and took Jiang Luoluo shopping.

Jiang Luoluo rested for a while in the afternoon. With delicious food and fun things to do, and look forward to, he didn’t feel uncomfortable at all. He followed closely to Fu Tingchuan, who sometimes pretended to be his protector. Each time they entered a high-end store, Jiang Luoluo would wave his tiny hand and say, “This one, and that one too! Wrap them all up!”

Then he’d point to Fu Tingchuan. “He’ll pay for it.”

With that, he’d be off to the next store in a flash.

“Mr. Fu!”

The general manager rushed over, trying to ingratiate himself. He had no idea why the big boss had suddenly come for an inspection. Fu Tingchuan nodded curtly. “Arrange for a few more people and some extra cars.”

Jiang Luoluo, tired from all the walking, clutched his strawberry ice cream cone. With a pleading look, he asked Fu Tingchuan, “I’m spending so much of your money. Are you upset?”

Fu Tingchuan gathered him into his arms and wiped away the pink milk from the corner of his mouth. “Is this too much?”

Jiang Luoluo shoved the last bite of ice cream into his mouth, his tender face puffing up like a small bun. He wiped his hands, then gestured to one of the security guards. Taking out a pair of gold-rimmed glasses, he held them out to Fu Tingchuan.

In an excited tone, he said, “Here, these are for you! No need to thank me!”

Meanwhile, hidden in the crowd, someone quietly put away their phone. They’d just sent photos taken moments ago to a personal email address through a secure connection.

The first rays of morning sunlight touched the curtains. Fu Tingchuan pressed his fingers to his temples, slowly opening his eyes.

He felt warmth in his arms, something fitting snugly against him. Jiang Luoluo, small and delicate, was lying there, looking sweet in her sleep.

Fu Tingchuan swallowed hard, holding her tighter. He leaned down and kissed his little wife.

Feeling his forehead tickle, Jiang Luoluo struggled to open his sleepy eyes. He stared blankly at the gentle man in front of him, knowing that Fu Tingchuan’s second personality had taken over.

Unlike the first personality, who was a flashy, overbearing tycoon, Fu Tingchuan’s second personality was the kindest man she’d ever met.

Jiang Luoluo stretched out her arms, snuggling into his embrace like a baby bird returning to its nest.

A tingly feeling came from his forehead as the man’s warm voice spoke in his ear, “Don’t hurry. Sleep a bit more.”

The person in her arms breathed steadily, their warm breaths brushing against his chest. Fu Tingchuan bent his body, trying to keep his lower half away from Jiang Luoluo.

His gaze accidentally swept over Jiang Luoluo’s neck. Fu Tingchuan’s eyes paused, the gentleness disappearing instantly, replaced by a cold hardness Jiang Luoluo had never seen before.

His thin lips pressed together, long fingers gently resting near Jiang Luoluo’s jawline—the very spot where he had purposefully left his mark that night.

And now, a clearer, fresher red mark appeared just two inches away, like a silent taunt and show of superiority.

T/N: Luoluo is out here living the rich wife’s dream, spending Fu Tingchuan’s money like water, while Bai Tang is throwing a tantrum because his VIP membership got revoked. 😂

Jealousy again, I think that gentle personality is more dangerous, because the jealousy is higher? 😂
