TYMRHBDES Chapter 87

The man’s leather jacket clashed with his garish makeup. His eye makeup was smeared into a mess, lipstick clung to his teeth, and his hair was a tangled bird’s nest—a truly eye-watering sight.

Zheng Yang scoffed, about to scold him for his ingratitude, when he caught sight of a spreading bloodstain on Huo Zedong’s shoulder.

“What happened there?!”

Huo Zedong glanced down and casually tugged at his collar.

Zheng Yang gasped.

This little sister-in-law of his looked so innocent and sweet, but his bite was vicious!

Huo Zedong examined the wound, even with a hint of smugness. “A love bite. You single dogs wouldn’t understand.”

Zheng Yang: “…”

The Little Omega, wiping away tears, looked up through his blurry vision. His gaze landed on the tooth marks and bloodstains left by his bite.

“Wah!” he wailed, his crying intensifying.

His shoulders trembled as he gazed pitifully at Huo Zedong’s shoulder, his voice shaking with each sob. “I… I didn’t mean to bite so hard…”

“Don’t cry, don’t cry…”

Huo Zedong pulled him onto his lap, his large hand gently stroking his back. His voice was soft and soothing. “Hubby doesn’t hurt at all, really.”

Zheng Yang, sitting in the passenger seat, stared blankly.

Then, he silently raised the partition.

Without lingering, they bid farewell to the café staff and returned to the rental apartment to gather their belongings. Then they prepared to leave.

Inside the apartment, the Little Omega turned back to gaze at the place he had called home, his heart filled with mixed emotions.

This was the little nest where he and his baby had shared both hardship and joy.

Over fifty days had passed, one by one, like this.

Huo Zedong wrapped an arm around his shoulders. “Babe, if you’re reluctant to leave, how about we buy this apartment?”

The Little Omega shook his head. “No, thank you.”

He hadn’t packed much: a bottle of pheromone oil worn around his neck and a stack of medical reports from the hospital. That was all.

Just as he turned to leave, he suddenly stopped. “There’s one more thing I forgot…”

He searched between the sofa cushions and inside the wardrobe, but the jacket that had always accompanied him, draped over his suit jacket, was nowhere to be found.

The Little Omega drooped his eyes, a melancholy expression on his face.

Huo Zedong went out to the balcony and returned with the missing suit jacket. “Found it.”

The Little Omega’s eyes lit up. “Thank you, Hubby!”

He hugged the jacket to his chest, then suddenly realized something and looked at Huo Zedong curiously.

“I’d completely forgotten where it was. How did you remember?”

And the way Huo Zedong had moved around his apartment so casually… it was almost too familiar.

Huo Zedong cleared his throat and ruffled the Little Omega’s hair. “Just a lucky guess, Babe.”

The heavily guarded villa awaited the return of its other male master.

The delicate Little Omega was carried over by the tall Alpha and placed on the fabric sofa on the balcony. He leaned his elbows on the table, his small hands supporting his chin, his cheeks flushed pink.

“Huo Zedong, are you really going to marry me?”

Children from their families were supposed to marry someone of equal standing, weren’t they?

Ideally, an Omega from a noble family, perhaps one who had studied abroad and returned with a gilded edge—someone completely different from him.

The Little Omega thought sourly.

Huo Zedong opened his laptop, typing in the password as he replied.

“If your husband wouldn’t marry you? Who else would he marry?”

As he spoke, he glanced at the Little Omega, who was still resting his chin in his hands, a smile in his eyes.

“It’s good, Baby’s not showing too much yet, so you won’t get tired easily.”

“Luckily, husband planned ahead and got most of the preparations done. We can hold the wedding at the end of next month.”

As he spoke, he turned the laptop screen toward the Little Omega.

“Let’s take a break at noon. This afternoon, husband will take our baby to register our marriage.”

The Little Omega’s almond-shaped eyes widened in surprise. “So soon?”

His gaze fell on the screen, where plans for the entire wedding were laid out.

He clicked the mouse, scrolling through a few pages, and hesitated. “Did you do all this yourself?”

The man nodded, his voice filled with affection. “See whether our Baby likes it.”

During the time his Baby had disappeared, he felt as if his entire heart had been hollowed out.

He imagined that this was what it meant to be a living corpse.

During the day, while working, his Baby’s smiling face constantly flashed before his eyes. Wave after wave of people were sent out, yet none returned with news of him.

At night, returning to the villa, he was left alone to face the silent, lonely night.

The bedroom was filled with the faint fragrance of Freesia, enveloping him night after night as if his Baby had never left…

But after the maids cleaned and changed the sheets and duvet covers, the scent of his Baby suddenly faded, as if the person who had vanished just days ago had completely dissolved in the blink of an eye.

He flew into a rage.

But it was useless. The traces of his Baby’s existence were still being erased from his life, bit by bit.

He began to suffer from insomnia, staying awake all night. When he did manage to close his eyes, he saw his Little Omega with tears in his eyes, pursing his lips and looking at him.

Over and over, he questioned himself: “Huo Zedong, why didn’t you want our baby?”

His Little Omega would cry and avoid his embrace, retreating resolutely. “Huo Zedong, I never want you again!”

Night after night, he lay awake, his heart torn to shreds, his head splitting with pain.

Only one thought consumed him: he had to find him, marry him, and keep him locked by his side forever.

This thought alone offered him solace, the only glimmer of light in his dark, nightmarish existence.

He began to open his computer, meticulously planning every detail of their wedding…

Huo Zedong reached out to embrace his Little Omega, gently kissing his smooth forehead.

It was as if he had finally grasped all hope.

He had finally brought his Baby back.

For the rest of his life, he would hold him tightly in his arms, never letting go again.

The Little Omega in his arms opened his arms and wrapped them softly around the Alpha’s lean waist. “Hubby~”

A kiss landed on his forehead, and the Little Omega’s eyes sparkled with tiny flecks of laughter as he tilted his head to kiss Huo Zedong’s chin.

His soft voice, barely a whisper, echoed from Huo Zedong’s embrace.

“Hubby, I’m not afraid of the risks of having a baby…”

He pulled Huo Zedong’s hand to touch his slightly swollen belly.

“I’ll listen carefully to the doctor, take my medicine properly, and stay with our baby to ensure he’s born healthy and safe…”

“He’s proof of our love, Hubby. He came into this world because you love Baby, and Baby loves you too…”

The Little Omega’s eyes shone brightly, dazzling and radiant.

“If he grows up in love and anticipation, he’ll be born into love and anticipation, right, Hubby?”

The skin beneath Huo Zedong’s palm stirred, as if the baby inside was actively responding.

Huo Zedong’s eyes reddened slightly, and his voice was hoarse as he replied, “Yes.”

Then he cradled his Baby in his arms, kissing his lips repeatedly, cherishing each moment.

As soon as the marriage certificate was issued, the Little Omega glanced at it twice. Before it even warmed in his hands, Huo Zedong took it away and locked it in the safe.

He watched Huo Zedong’s actions with wide, expectant eyes, his petal-like lips pouting slightly to express his dissatisfaction.

“Why won’t you let Baby look at it?”

“I’m afraid you’ll accidentally lose it.”

The response was clearly a perfunctory excuse. Huo Zedong wrapped his arms around the Little Omega’s waist, pulling him onto his lap and leaning in to kiss him.

The intensity of his gaze made the Little Omega flinch slightly. He had a feeling they wouldn’t even make it out of the study today without something happening.

Sure enough, the hand around his waist tightened, as if trying to crush him into bone and blood.

With a crash, everything on the desk was swept to the floor. The Little Omega’s body lifted, and he was placed on the tabletop.

Blushing, he pleaded, “Hubby, can we—”

“No.”

The man’s refusal was firm. His large hand slipped under the Little Omega’s shirt.

“Hubby has waited too long.”

From the moment they discovered the pregnancy two months ago, to his Baby’s disappearance; from that late-night visit to his rented apartment, to bringing him back and registering their marriage.

He couldn’t wait any longer.

Flames burned in the man’s dark eyes, as if he wanted to set the Little Omega ablaze.

Clutching his stomach, the Little Omega protested, “But… but the baby’s asleep…”

“Then our Baby will be extra good.”

Huo Zedong kissed the Little Omega’s eyes. “Hubby will be gentle, so we won’t wake him…”

When Young Master Jiang finally returned home, Huo Zedong was in such a good mood that he gave everyone a month’s extra salary. The entire villa buzzed with joy.

Old Butler, his face split into a wide grin, bustled about, urging the kitchen to prepare Young Master Jiang’s favorite dishes.

But the food was nearly cold, and Young Master Jiang still hadn’t appeared.

They had returned from registering their marriage early that afternoon. How could he still be missing?

Huo Zedong voiced his concern, just as he was about to send someone to search for him.

He noticed the maids around him fidgeting, glancing at each other with flushed faces. They all pointed in unison toward the study…
