TYMRHBDES Chapter 88

The Gloomy and Obsessive Alpha Boss x Obedient and Sweet Little Omega (40)

When the delicate Little Omega was carried out of the study, his voice was hoarse from crying.

His eyes were red-rimmed, his cheeks flushed pink, the color spreading all the way to his ear tips.

His own clothes were long since unwearable. His slender frame was wrapped in Huo Zedong’s oversized suit jacket, half his fingers peeking out from the sleeves, hanging limply.

Afraid of being seen by the servants moving through the villa, he buried his head in Huo Zedong’s shoulder, whimpering and pouting softly.

“Why are you crying so pitifully?”

After setting him down in the bathtub, Huo Zedong leaned over the edge, resting his hands on the rim, and kissed the Little Omega’s red, tear-stained nose.

The Little Omega let out a weak “hmph” to express his dissatisfaction.

“I’m pregnant…”

The Little Omega’s wet eyes met his, his voice soft and hoarse.

“Huo Zedong, you’re so old, you don’t know how to be gentle at all…”

Huo Zedong couldn’t help but curve his lips at his pitiful expression.

“Your husband is afraid of being too gentle with someone, only to be slandered by them for a whole minute.”

He pinched the Little Omega’s soft cheek. “Little one, doesn’t your husband have any pride?”

The Little Omega’s face was squeezed into a fish-like pout before the man leaned in and kissed him again.

After his bath, the Little Omega was wrapped in a towel and placed on the sofa. He looked down at the man kneeling before him, carefully putting on his socks, and drifted into a daze.

Since bringing him home, Huo Zedong seemed to have become even more affectionate.

He also kept a closer watch over him.

Like a patient suffering from skin hunger, he was constantly kissing, touching, and hugging him.

He insisted on doing everything himself.

Just like now.

The broad-shouldered, straight-backed man knelt on the carpet, cradling his foot on his knee as he put on his socks.

The pure white cotton socks had tiny silver satin bows at the cuffs, making them look especially adorable.

He wiggled his calf, and the little bows fluttered.

The Little Omega’s eyes curved into crescent moons as he smiled. “Huo Zedong, will you put socks on our baby like this someday?”

“No.”

The man picked up the other sock, his voice cool and resolute.

The Little Omega blinked, his feathery eyelashes fluttering open. “Then don’t you love him?”

“I love you more.”

After putting on both socks, Huo Zedong looked up, his cold eyes filled with tenderness. “Baby, the only reason I’ll love him is because I love you.”

“Your husband loves you first. That’s why he’ll love our child through you.”

“In your husband’s eyes, you will always be his one and only treasure.”

After hearing this, the Little Omega slowly opened his arms to him.

The man leaned forward and pulled him into his embrace, as if he were holding the entire world.

At five months, the Little Omega’s belly had become noticeably more prominent.

No matter what he wore, his stomach always bulged, yet all the recent weight gain seemed to be concentrated there. His arms and legs remained as slender as ever, making him look even more fragile and delicate.

He became increasingly reliant on his Alpha, wanting nothing more than to curl up in his arms at all times, constantly inhaling the familiar scent of strong liquor that permeated his pheromones.

Everyone knew that the decisive Huo Zedong had a little treasure at home.

He doted on the Little Omega, treating him like a precious jewel. The moment the Little Omega pouted or threw a tantrum, Huo Zedong would skip work altogether, staying home to coax his precious darling in their villa.

During emergency meetings, Master Huo would sit in his study, a vast expanse of deep gray behind him, the camera on his video feed usually turned off.

On the rare occasion it was accidentally activated, the group of executives stared blankly at the sight of Huo Zedong cradling the Little Omega in his arms, feeding him water.

They had never seen such an expression on Huo Zedong’s face.

It bore no resemblance to the cold, aloof, and superior demeanor he usually displayed.

Master Huo’s hand rested on the Little Omega’s back, while the other held a pink and blue straw cup, coaxing the Little Omega to take another sip.

The Little Omega in his arms seemed to be throwing a tantrum, turning his head to rest it on Huo Zedong’s shoulder. Even his stray hairs seemed to be rejecting Huo Zedong’s attempts to feed him.

Yet Huo Zedong didn’t get angry.

He leaned over to kiss the Little Omega’s cheek, cooing endearments like “Good boy, baby.”

Suddenly noticing the camera button had been accidentally pressed, the Alpha’s gentle gaze turned cold. His slender fingers reached over, plunging the screen into darkness.

The last fleeting images were the displeasure in Master Huo’s eyes and the Little Omega’s long, fair neck, slightly arched like a carefully nurtured swan.

As the Little Omega’s belly grew larger and his clinginess intensified, the wedding date drew ever closer.

Luxury brands that had always been critical of their clients sent representatives from around the world to the imperial capital to create custom wedding gowns and jewelry for the delicate Little Omega.

The Little Omega had no family and no dowry. Everyone saw this as a Cinderella story, a commoner marrying into wealth, and they were eagerly awaiting the wedding to laugh at him.

On the wedding day, a video clip circulated showing the most influential member of the S Country royal family warmly placing a crown on the Little Omega’s head, expressing his blessings.

The dowry list, embroidered on golden brocade, included real estate, company shares, land, mines, gold, jewelry, and entire companies, dazzling the crowd that had gathered to watch the spectacle.

The news sent shockwaves through the entire social circle.

In just a few months, the Little Omega who had begged Huo Zedong to mark him in a bar had transformed into a multi-billionaire bride envied by every Omega.

From now on, the Little Omega named Jiang Luoluo would no longer be criticized for his humble origins.

He had the backing of the S Country royal family and a fortune so vast that even a fraction of it would be enough for others to strive for several lifetimes.

Everyone knew that all of this was the work of the man who had claimed him.

Yet, seeing him so cherished, all they could do was envy.

However, the Little Omega knew none of this.

He only knew that the wedding was fun but a little tiring. He knew he was now Huo Zedong’s legitimate wife and was already secretly dreading how to handle her tireless husband that night.

Night fell.

After showering, the Little Omega emerged from the bathroom and sat before the vanity.

His belly had grown too large, and his old pants would now constrict his waist. So he had changed into a red nightgown.

Perhaps to match the festive wedding atmosphere, the gown was a vibrant crimson.

The color perfectly complemented his fair skin, making him appear as white as jade, his face as delicate as freshly fallen snow.

Huo Zedong entered the room, carrying a faint scent of alcohol.

The Little Omega, applying body lotion to his arm, tilted his head and called out softly, “Husband~”

Huo Zedong stood rooted to the spot, gazing at him intently.

Perhaps it was the growing belly, but his little darling had become even more delicate and beautiful.

His eyes, slightly upturned at the corners, held a captivating allure in every glance.

The crimson nightgown’s outer robe slipped down his bent arm, revealing a rounded, milky-white shoulder draped with a delicate red silk camisole.

His collarbone was sculpted to perfection, its shape flawless.

Huo Zedong’s Adam’s apple bobbed as he instinctively tugged at his shirt collar.

He strode forward and embraced his Little Omega from behind, his voice low and resonant: “Wife.”

In the mirror, a blush quickly spread across the Little Omega’s face.

He obediently turned around, closed his eyes, and tilted his head back—a gesture begging for a kiss.

Huo Zedong’s gaze darkened. He lowered his head and kissed his lips.

Then, he lifted his Little Omega into his arms and carried him step by step toward the bed, lavishly decorated in crimson.

After all, the wedding night was precious.

He didn’t want to miss a single moment.

The next morning, Father Huo and Mother Huo were up before dawn. Mother Huo stood before the mirror, changing outfits one after another, occasionally poking Father Huo.

“What do you think of this one? Is it too formal?”

After asking, she shook her head. “No, this one’s too stiff. It makes me look old and not at all approachable.”

She changed again, and before even asking Father Huo, she shook her head. “This one won’t do either. The color’s too bright and clashes with your suit.”

Father Huo glanced at his own versatile suit, which required no such deliberation, and wisely remained silent.

Mother Huo changed yet another outfit, asking, “What about this one? Is it too red?”

Before Father Huo could answer, Mother Huo cut him off, muttering to herself, “Red is good. After all, I’m the bridegroom’s mother. Red is festive.”

After changing clothes, she agonized over jewelry.

This set was too gaudy, that one too plain.

The ruby on this brooch wasn’t big enough, the pearls on those earrings lacked luster.

By the time she was finally ready, the bedroom clock had moved from 5 to 8.

She finally placed a jewelry box on the table with a mournful sigh. “Honey, do you think this is too little?”

As she lifted the lid, Father Huo’s lips twitched.

Mother Huo, a woman who loved beauty, had amassed countless jewelry and ornaments over the years. Now, at a glance, the most precious pieces were all laid out before her.

“I treated Luo Luo so poorly before,” she sighed. “I tried to drive him away repeatedly and even forced the poor child to send other people to our son…”

“What a truly detestable mother-in-law I was,” she lamented.

“Look at that child’s tiny arms and legs. He’s barely an adult, yet he’s already pregnant…”

“As a mother myself, how could I not feel heartbroken?”

Father Huo understood her desire to make amends. He patted her hand gently. “There’s plenty of time. We’ll have many opportunities in the future.”

Today was the day for the new bride to serve tea to the elders.

The two of them had arrived in the living room early, but despite waiting and waiting, no one emerged.

Mother Huo remained unconcerned. “It’s alright. Children tend to sleep in. Let him rest a little longer to grow stronger.”

Considering a certain possibility, Father Huo cleared his throat. “I’m more worried that he’s awake, but your precious son won’t let him come out.”

Mother Huo froze, then suddenly understood. Her expression shifted several times. “But… Luo Luo is still pregnant… How could he possibly…”

Inside the bedroom, the Little Omega covered his face with his hands, his beautiful shoulder blades like the wings of a butterfly about to take flight. His voice trembled with tears. “Get out!”
