SABL Extra – Song Wei x Lu Yan 2.1

The next day, Lu Yan woke up drowsily. The fever had subsided, but his throat was sore and his nasal cavity was dry.

He usually likes to dress beautifully, and can survive the winter with just a coat. He didn’t expect to catch a cold from being exposed to the cold air in the hallway for half an hour.

Memories gradually returning, Lu Yan vaguely remembered that it was not yet midnight when he left the party last night. It was supposed to be a housewarming party, but the protagonist left the guests and slipped away first. His reputation in the circle will likely fall after this.

Lu Yan fell back on the pillow with a headache, and suddenly his eyes focused on the camel coat on the sofa… He came back last night wearing Song Wei’s coat, where is Song Wei?

Thinking of the lazy and careless beta who always had a three-point smile in his eyes, Lu Yan subconsciously ground his molars. It’s fine if he rejected his invitation for peace, but he deliberately made him lose face…

The sound of footsteps outside the bedroom made Lu Yan shiver. Thieves didn’t break in, right?

Back in North America, he used to keep a pistol in the bedside drawer, and changed it to a baseball bat after returning home. Lu Yan clutched the wooden stick tightly and walked to the door, guessing whether he needed to ask them to spare his life given he was sick and weak.

The bedroom handle was unscrewed. As soon as Song Wei stepped into the door, he saw a baseball club approaching. Subconsciously, he raised the honey water on his right hand, grabbed the end of the stick with his left hand and pulled it like a carrot, pulling out the person hiding behind the door.

This little thing isn’t strong enough for him to drink a pot yet[mfn]drink a pot as in enough to make him suffer / hurt him[/mfn], and Song Wei laughed: “You haven’t woken up yet?”

Lu Yan has been abroad for a long time, and his sense of territory is very serious. “Why are you in my house?”

“Who didn’t let me go because of the fever last night? My shirt was all wrinkled.” Song Wei spoke convincingly, but Lu Yan didn’t quite believe it.

But it was indeed the same as yesterday. Song Wei’s shirt was crumpled, and his sofa was also crumpled. Song Wei probably made do like this all night.

Thinking of this, Lu Yan felt a little bit sorry: “I didn’t ask you to bring me back.”

“Your fever didn’t break until early in the morning. If you burn until you’re stupid, how will I explain it to your brother?” Song Wei stuffed him with the honey water with lemon.

Lu Yan held the water glass and took a sip. He liked sweet things, but the honey water was adjusted to be a bit sour, and it relieved the bitter dryness in his mouth very well. After taking a few sips, even his nose seemed clearer.

“I’m fine, you can go back.” Lu Yan said.

“Okay, the medicines are all on the table.” Song Wei was not polite any more. He didn’t sleep for most of the night, and only dozed for a while after the fever subsided. “Also…”

“If there is a real thief, don’t smash their head and face.” Song Wei stretched out two fingers and scratched the side of the omega’s neck. “Cut here directly, one cut straight through.”

Embarrassed at his appearance earlier, Lu Yan responded angrily, “I know.”

“Goodbye then,” Song Wei walked briskly and closed the door very considerately.

Only then did Lu Yan look at the boxes of medicines on the coffee table, which were used to reduce fever, cough, and inflammation. They were placed in different categories, as if someone was afraid that he would not understand, and there was even a note with how much to take of each medicine.

Song Wei’s writing is flamboyant, like phoenixes dancing, with silver hooks drawn on iron. After all, he was thinking of the Chinese level of a certain child. Compared with the words he wrote on medical records, it was a little neater.

After taking medicine, Lu Yan continued to sleep soundly, and woke up again after five in the afternoon. After sleeping so much, his brain was in a trance, and his throat was still sore.

He took a few more pills and turned on his phone. A series of messages popped up from the little beauty he left behind in the bar yesterday.

It was the first time Lu Yan felt a headache from a beauty. First, he was really uncomfortable and in no mood to coax him. Second, he was too blind – the little omega made more than ten phone calls in a row; he really had enough time on his hands.

He was so hungry that his chest was pressed against his back, so he got up from the bed, opened the door of the refrigerator, and found that it was not powered on. The fridge was even cleaner than his stomach.

Lu Yan directly sent a message to Xiao Qing’er[mfn]the little omega; slang title for ‘little lover’[/mfn], and arranged to meet at the cafe downstairs, preparing to break off the relationship after eating.

The omega held the coffee cup and cried pitifully, “Brother Lu, what did I do wrong?”

“No, it’s my problem.” Lu Yan was in a bad mood, and his blue eyes were full of indifference.

Xiao Qing’er remembered some of the rumors he heard yesterday: “You, you really slept with that beta…”

“What nonsense are you talking about!” Lu Yan raised his voice. “I just have a fever, and I’m afraid I’ll infect you!”

Seeing that his lips were dry and pale from being sick, and his bloodless face, Xiao Qing’er reluctantly nodded: “Brother Lu, I’ll wait until you recover…”

“Don’t wait any longer, the breakup fee will be charged to your card. You go find someone else, ah.”

“I, did I ask you for a breakup fee?!” Xiao Qing’er’s rabbit eyes were red, and he bolted away before finishing his coffee.

Head pounding, Lu Yan rubbed the center of his brows, and ordered another cup of iced Americano. He pulled the untouched pastry on Xiao Qing’er’s plate, and ate it bit by bit.

Finally, there was something in his stomach, and it was no longer uncomfortable. Lu Yan put on his mask, buttoned his coat and hat, and got up to check out.

Walking to the front of the cabinet, he was taken aback for a moment. At the same booth two rows away from him, Song Wei was drinking coffee with a sweet-looking omega.

That omega looks familiar, a bit like a little internet celebrity who was quite popular before, with light golden hair, light gray colored contact lenses, wearing a low-necked sweater in winter, and dazzling white collarbone.

More importantly, he is not very old, probably in his early twenties.

“It’s amazing, Uncle Song,” Lu Yan murmured and gripped the cashier handed over by the cashier. “How dare you eat such tender grass.”

For some reason, he watched for a while longer. The omega clamored for the coffee in front of Song Wei, snatched it up and took a sip without fear, and left a faint lipstick mark.

Of course Song Wei understood what the beauty meant, smiled at him, and drank the coffee to the sky just because of the impression.

Satisfied, the beauty ran to sit next to Song Wei, and snuggled up.

Lu Yan has seen many omegas in their early twenties in North America before. They are like a combination of angels and demons. They know where their most attractive features are, and are not shy about showing them off, just like the darlings of the crowd, relying on favor and pride.

If one is not careful, it’s not impossible for them to shake out half of your family fortune.

Lu Yan had hooked up with many of these types before, and he worked hard and hot enough, but it was too difficult dealing with them. They had to be coaxed, and if he couldn’t coax well, they would have a temper. He didn’t expect Song Wei to like this kind of thing at his age.

It is estimated that tonight is the big meal. The cafe is just an appetizer to feel out the other party first.

Lu Yan’s head started hurting again. In two days, not only did he catch a bad cold, but he also lost face in front of his friends, causing rumors to spread, damaging his reputation, and even broke up with his current lover.

Thinking of this, he gritted his teeth secretly. Everyone has the same equipment, so why didn’t they say that Song Wei was fucked by him?

He broke up with his lover, yet Song Wei was falling in love over there. Earlier this morning, he still said he needed to catch up on sleep. Are doctors all masters of time management?

Lu Yan returned home with a dark face, wrapped himself in a quilt and played a movie on the screen in the living room. Feeling drowsy after ten o’clock, he finally forgot about those bad things when there was a rattling sound from the next door, followed by an omega’s laughter, and occasionally a man’s soft coaxing.

He took them home. Having his sleep disrupted, Lu Yan’s mood clouded over again. When he thought that Song Wei was going to have fun tonight, while he could only drink ginger soup and bury himself in the quilt, he suddenly felt uncomfortable.

His character is quite independent, and when he is upset, no one else should want to be happy, let alone the one who caused his unhappiness.

Lu Yan got up silently, heated up a bottle of water, and rolled it on his forehead. Then in the bathroom, he wiped his lips until they were pale and dry with toilet paper, and drew two rather realistic dark circles around his eyes, and finally wrapped himself in a blanket by the sofa, as if he was dead and buried. Finally he took out his mobile phone and sent Song Wei a message.

[Uncle Song, I feel bad qwq]

“Are you going to wash first or should I wash first?” After some tenderness, the omega looked at Song Wei with a pair of gray eyes, and the corners of his lips were rosy.

Staring at the pair of artificial pupils, Song Wei suddenly felt it was a little too fake. Black ones were fine, but why did he have to change the color to look more natural, just like Lu Yan’s blue eyes.

He helped him up, and touched Xiaoman’s waist, “The bathroom is over there, you go first.”

“Why don’t we go together?” The omega refused, kneeling and sitting on top of him, his small body twisting coquettishly.

“I’ll go smoke one.” Song Wei took out a thin cigar from under the coffee table, and skillfully cut off the tip.

“Smoking is bad for the lungs.” The omega murmured and complained, but moved to his lips to grab a cigarette.

Song Wei turned his head to avoid him. “Don’t be a bad boy, hurry up and wash.”

With a final pat, the omega took his clothes and went to the bathroom. Song Wei stood by the window breathing out, watching the smoke scatter in the night. Cold air infused with nicotine was inhaled into the lungs, bringing a bone-chilling chill.

While smoking, all he could think was how cold it was – no wonder he[mfn]Lu Yan[/mfn] caught a cold after standing in the corridor for half an hour.
