SWMSO – Chapter 51

Jiang Yi realized that one shouldn’t tempt fate—she should never have thought to herself in Jiang Sixian’s presence that she couldn’t get hard. That night, after Jiang Sixian left, Jiang Yi lay in bed, aching all night long.

The physical restlessness couldn’t be relieved. That night, Jiang Yi kept dreaming over and over. In her dreams, she saw scenes from the original novel again. Each change of scene brought a different scenario.

Except this time, the protagonist was herself. In her dream, Jiang Sixian, now six years older, carried an untouchable coldness in her delicate features. Yet once she lay beneath Jiang Yi, the seductive look in her eyes could devour souls.

When overcome with passion, Jiang Sixian would always bite her shoulder, calling out between sobs: “Jiang Yi… Jiang Yi…”

Sometimes begging her to be gentler, sometimes raising her voice to demand more force… No matter what she asked for, in the end, Jiang Sixian would always clamp her legs around Jiang Yi’s waist, wrap her arms around her shoulders, tilt her head back to expose her snow-white neck, and let out a long, soul-stealing moan like an enchanting demon.

Perhaps because Jiang Sixian kept calling her name in the dream, as Jiang Yi thrust mindlessly in pleasure, a vague thought surfaced: “So… what was the name of Jiang Sixian’s original partner in the novel?”

At this thought, her muddled mind flashed with a realization like lightning: “She’s calling ‘Jiang Yi,’ but she knows it’s not really me she’s calling. She’s just projecting her feelings for that person onto me by using the same name.”

“She suddenly realized that in this world, she had actually developed jealousy.”

At this thought, Jiang Yi stiffened all over and woke from her dream.

Gasping, she opened her eyes, hazily aware of the cold early spring sunlight streaming through the window. In the chilly air, Jiang Yi caught the strong scent of cedar wafting from beneath the covers.

Her hand was still resting on the hot, strange, ugly thing between her legs. For some reason, her half-conscious mind began conjuring images of Jiang Sixian from her dream, and the thing in her hand burned like hot iron.

In the bedroom, on the bed, on the balcony, on the sofa, in the bathroom, in the toilet, in front of the dressing table mirror… standing, lying on her stomach, lying on her back… legs clamped together or spread wide… innocent or wanton… every expression she had ever seen, every place she could imagine… all of it was Jiang Sixian.

Since her differentiation, this was the first time Jiang Yi had experienced the ultimate pleasure brought by that extra appendage. It was a demon luring her into corruption, a root of calamity… the devil’s hand pushing her into the abyss of desire.

Jiang Yi struggled all morning before finally calming her restlessness.

Once she regained her senses, she collapsed in bed, the entire room reeking of her own scent.

Some things were like this—while doing them, the pleasure was so intense it robbed her of reason, making even the complete collapse of moral boundaries irrelevant. But once rationality returned, reminding her she was a creature called “human,” overwhelming shame and morality would rush in to smother this so-called “ordinary” person.

Thinking back on her actions that morning, Jiang Yi felt utterly wrecked. After calming down slightly, she jumped out of bed and headed straight for the bathroom.

This time, she glared down at the demon attached to her body and scolded it: “Ugh, you shameless thing!”

Even so, when she closed her eyes under the shower, the image of Jiang Sixian pressing against the wall, water from the showerhead cascading down her pale back, resurfaced in her mind. Once again, her hand reached for that demonic root of calamity.

Jiang Yi stayed in the bathroom for a long time, only emerging after her scent had completely dissipated.

After that morning’s physical and mental ordeal, Jiang Yi felt she might truly be tainted now.

The shock was so great that she changed all the bedding herself. Once the room was clean again, Jiang Yi picked up her phone and searched online for others with similar experiences.

Under questions like “What to do if I have X-rated dreams about my sister?” or “How to deal with morning wood as an Alpha?” Jiang Yi found many kindred spirits.

“It’s fine, I once dreamed about my mom too. Teenage hormones are normal.”

“Alphas are naturally a bit obsessed with physical stuff. Don’t worry, as long as you don’t act on it in real life. Besides, who doesn’t have dreams like this?”

Scrolling through these responses, Jiang Yi gradually settled down. It was just a dream, after all. What did it matter if she was a teenage Alpha going through puberty?

Look, even some omegas and betas had these kinds of dreams. It was just something every kid experienced during adolescence. Normal… totally normal…

But the more she comforted herself, the more something felt off.

Because from that day on, the first thing she thought of every morning when she woke up aching was Jiang Sixian.

Would she keep thinking of the same person over and over just because of physical desire?

Jiang Yi felt like she was doomed this time. She even worried that if this continued, Jiang Sixian would eventually catch her scent.

But Jiang Sixian didn’t. In their limited interactions over the following week, even after Jiang Yi had thoroughly indulged herself in the morning, Jiang Sixian showed no particular reaction when they were close.

Jiang Yi thought, She really can’t smell my pheromones. Maybe she won’t be able to until she’s an adult. Or maybe she’ll never smell them in her entire life.

The thought brought her some relief, but also a pang of melancholy.

She figured that if she really did become Jiang Sixian’s white moonlight, it might be precisely because Jiang Sixian liked her but could never smell her pheromones. It was the unattainability that made her unforgettable.

Thinking about it this way made her indignant and furious.

Maybe all the recent morning frustrations, combined with the lack of real relief, made her quick to anger.

Fortunately, their heavy schoolwork kept her occupied. Jiang Yi channeled all her frustration into intense studying.

As the second semester of senior year began, the battle for the Jiang family fortune in Songshan also officially commenced.

Since Ning Wenying had divorced early and Jiang Sixian hadn’t grown up in the Songshan Jiang family, Ning Wenying had already secured shares for Jiang Sixian during the divorce that could sway the family’s decision-making power.

However, Ning Wenying had no interest in getting involved in the Jiang family’s internal strife, so no matter what they did, she refused to take sides.

During this period, members of the Songshan Jiang family frequently came to visit. Some, desperate for Ning Wenying’s shares, even went so far as to call Jiang Sixian—the daughter they had long forgotten—to feign concern.

Jiang Liuyun, as the Jiang family’s only Alpha heir, held twenty percent of Jiang Food Group’s shares. But his younger sister, an omega, also held ten percent, and with the additional five percent shares acquired in the stock market by a certain Mr. Qin with her backing, their holdings were nearly equal.

The siblings took their fight for company control to court.

But the public feud caused Jiang Food Group’s stock prices to plummet. Jiang Liuyun and his sister still had some sense left and began pulling back at this point, resorting to underhanded tactics within the company instead.

Back and forth they fought until Jiang Liuyun’s position became precarious, even facing the risk of losing his decision-making authority.

Left with no choice, Jiang Liuyun turned to Ning Wenying for help. As the third-largest shareholder with fifteen percent of Jiang Food Group’s stock, whoever Ning Wenying supported would essentially take control.

But the Jiang family’s infighting had soured her on holding shares at all—she just wanted to sell them and be done with it.

Jiang Liuyun, however, didn’t see it that way. He’d rather Ning Wenying keep the shares than let them fall into someone else’s hands. So he pleaded desperately, even going so far as to say, “The Jiang family will go to Sixian in the future anyway—it’s not like I have any Alpha children.”

Hearing this, Ning Wenying was livid. With her own wealth, she was already a heavyweight in Yuncheng—someone whose mere step could shake the city. She couldn’t care less about Jiang Liuyun’s failing family business.

Perhaps because her ex-husband was so shameless, when her former sister-in-law arrived with her half-brother in tow, Ning Wenying’s expression darkened further.

But her former sister-in-law said something unexpected: “I’m better than him—more capable. But our father never saw me, only my good-for-nothing brother who does nothing but eat, drink, and play.”

“This time, I want to win. Wenying-jie, you know how hard it is for an omega in a family like ours.”

Only then did Ning Wenying realize that her former sister-in-law had planned this from the start—using her half-brother as a stepping stone to power. The person who had previously clashed with Jiang Qionghua was none other than her.

She came proposing a win-win partnership. Ning Wenying weighed the pros and cons but hesitated to make a decision.

Finally, the sister-in-law said, “I’m not asking you to help me—just don’t help my brother.”

Fine. Ning Wenying had planned to stay out of it anyway. Hearing this, she resolved not to get involved at all.

Some sharp-eyed old shareholders followed her lead and also refused to take sides. By May, Jiang Liuyun had been ousted from the company.

But he refused to give up. After being forced out, he scurried around, desperately rallying support. Ning Wenying was his primary target, but after repeated rejections, Jiang Liuyun turned elsewhere.

No one knew what methods Jiang Liuyun used, but by June, Jiang Food Group convened another shareholders’ meeting.

This time, Jiang Liuyun came with a vengeance, seemingly determined to crush his sister. Even with their shareholdings nearly equal, Jiang Liuyun was brimming with confidence.

The timing of Jiang Food Group’s second shareholders’ meeting coincided with the evening of the last day of the college entrance exams.

Since Jiang Qionghua was attending an international conference and Ning Wenying had to attend the meeting, only Sister Xiao Qin was available to pick up the two girls.

Due to her unique physical condition, Jiang Yi used a special exit. Because Jiang Sixian wasn’t affected by her pheromones, Jiang Qionghua arranged for them to share a car so they could look out for each other.

That evening, after happily completing her last exam, Jiang Yi cheerfully skipped out of the special exam exit alone and spotted Sister Xiao Qin’s car waiting at the gate.

Unlike the previous two days, Sister Xiao Qin wasn’t standing outside the car this time.

Jiang Yi didn’t think much of it and happily bounded over, pulling open the back door. “I’m done! Sister Xiao Qin, I’m finally free!”

The moment the door opened, a strong, calloused hand grabbed her collar and yanked her into the car, twisting her arms behind her back and pinning her to the seat.

It happened so fast Jiang Yi didn’t even have time to react before a strange liquid was injected into her neck.

In an instant, the world spun. Jiang Yi’s consciousness began to blur…

In her dazed state, she heard a low voice beside her: “Boss, I think we got the wrong one—this is an Alpha…”

“Wait… this Alpha’s pheromones… are strong…”

“Her scent is disgusting…”

A calm female voice cut in: “Endure it… she’s just an immature Alpha. What are you scared of?”

Faintly, Jiang Yi thought she heard the woman say, “Quiet… the omega is coming…”

“Get ready…”

Omega… omega… Jiang Sixian…

Jiang Yi’s foggy mind suddenly sharpened. As she felt cold metal clamp around her wrists, she jerked her head up and slammed it into the female Alpha beside her.

The car rocked violently from the impact. Summoning all her strength, Jiang Yi shouted toward the outside:

“Jiang Sixian!”

“Run!”
