Chapter 29: Confrontation Match
Confrontation matches are divided into three types: 1v1 solo confrontations, duos, and team confrontations, which usually involve four people.
After the match begins, the use of abilities is allowed. One side wins, if they knock the other side down and they can’t get up.
Alternatively, if one side pins the other to the ground, rendering them unable to retaliate, when time runs out, they win.
This is also why He Jing and the others didn’t want Shen Bumian to participate, in their understanding, Shen Bumian couldn’t use abilities.
Facing an A-class ability user and an Alpha, his chances of winning were slim.

Shen Bumian was now protected behind Qin Luzhi, and the ground was no longer scorched and pitted but perfectly smooth.
Shen Bumian was slightly taken aback. “Qin Luzhi? A mere A-class ability can’t hurt me, you don’t need to…”
He wanted to say Qin Luzhi didn’t need to break away to protect him, but before he could finish, he met his partner’s serious gaze and couldn’t utter the rest of the sentence.
Qin Luzhi was slightly annoyed. “Even if you’re immune to abilities, why didn’t you dodge? Letting the attacks land on you? What if you got hurt? What if?”
