SPDO Extra 2.1

University 2

The next day, Qin Cheng trained with an expectant heart, thinking about visiting the Medical University in the evening. Just thinking about it made him full of energy.

He had even prepared his ear studs, the couple ones he had with Jian Heng.

He usually didn’t wear them during training because the coach didn’t allow it, so he only wore them when attending important occasions or going out on a date with his boyfriend.

After finishing the last program, without waiting for others to finish, Qin Cheng dashed towards the lounge like a runaway horse.

“Qin-ge, are you eating later?” Zhou Han called out from behind.

“Not eating,” Qin Cheng turned back, “I’m not coming back tonight, Qi’er-ge will accompany you guys playing.”

Qin Cheng tried hard to control his pace, not wanting to skip around like Luban no. 7[mfn]魯班七號 (Lǔbān qī hào): Luban No.7 is a Marksman hero in Honor of Kings. Luban No.7 is a puppet created by Master Luban using advanced mechcraft techniques. Though he may look small and adorable, he is capable of causing massive destruction. Though Luban No.7’s speech is limited, he is always expressing his admiration and longing for Master Luban in any way he can. Luban no. 7[/mfn], but his mouth and mood were in sync, soaring into the sky alongside the sun, grinning as if he had just won a million.

When people get excited, they tend to lose focus. Qin Cheng pushed open the lounge door, still smiling as he walked in, and accidentally bumped into someone.

Qin Cheng had grown quite a bit in the year and a half since high school, now standing nearly 1.9 meters tall, with well-defined muscles from being a sports major. When he violently pushed the door open and walked in, it was like hitting a wall, directly knocking the boy, who was not even shoulder-height to him, onto his butt.

Qin Cheng froze for two seconds and quickly helped him up: “Are you okay? I’m sorry, where did you fall? Should I take you to the infirmary?”

The boy looked up, and the moment he saw Qin Cheng, his face turned bright red.

An alpha who had just finished exercising would inevitably exuded a bit of pheromones, and the faint spicy tobacco scent from the damp wood smelled much gentler. This slight pheromone presence was less potent, but for an Omega, it awakened a different kind of deadly attraction.

“N-no, it’s fine, it’s fine…” The boy hurriedly pushed him away and stepped aside, stealing a glance at him before quickly looking away, his cheeks flushed, and a faint scent of milk wafting through the air.

The alpha who had come in behind Qin Cheng immediately blushed, cleared his throat nervously, and asked: “How come, there’s an Omega here, so, so dangerous, right, right, Qin-ge?”

Qin Cheng replied with a sound, confirming that the boy was fine, then grabbed a towel from the side and draped it over his head, then walked straight in: “I’m Qin Cheng, a freshman. If you feel unwell, you can find the coach here to contact me.”

The boy nodded excitedly: “Mm!”

A handsome guy to contact!

Qin Cheng opened his locker, took out some shower gel, and said: “There’s a sign at the door saying Omegas are prohibited from entering. What are you doing here? Which class are you from? You’re violating the rules.”

The boy froze, looking embarrassed, not expecting that his tone could change so quickly and ruthlessly.

Qin Cheng didn’t pay attention to what he was thinking and turned to the alpha behind him, Guo Lei: “Guo’er, take him to find the coach and get a signature. Zhou-ge will kill us if he smells all the pheromones in this room. Our house has been raided and we don’t even know it.”

Guo Lei looked bewildered. There had been quite a few instances of Omegas accidentally entering the wrong place, and besides, such a small and cute Omega, Qin-ge could kick him away with one foot. How could they have ‘raided’ their house…

Thinking about it, Coach Zhou-ge’s authority was still very great. Guo Lei, blushing, led the equally blushing Omega out.

Out of the corner of his eye, he saw the two of them close the door, but Qin Cheng didn’t pay any more attention. Eager to see his boyfriend, he didn’t plan to go back to the dormitory eight hundred miles away to shower. Instead, he directly took out his jersey in the lounge, ready to change after taking a shower.

The reason he didn’t give the boy his phone number just now was that, on one hand, he was a married man, and on the other hand, during his second year of high school, Jian Heng was hospitalized, and there was an incident where a weak, delicate-looking Omega forcefully kissed his chin, leaving him with psychological trauma. He had always kept his distance from this type of delicate and weak fragile Omegas.

After quickly showering in the lounge, he deliberately dried his hair before coming out.

If Jian Heng saw him with wet hair later, he would definitely get scolded.

Sigh, Qin-ge couldn’t help but feel a bit sentimental, truly a sweet burden.

Wearing a jersey with the National Sports Team emblem, he stood out in the Medical University campus. Moreover, his face had already become famous across the National Sports University, Medical University, and Normal University since the start of the school year. Eyes from all directions were on him, with some even secretly taking photos with their phones.

Qin-ge had been handsome since childhood and was completely immune to these gazes. Without changing his expression, he first went to a milk tea shop to buy two cups of milk tea.

“Is that last promotion still valid?” Qin Cheng took out a coupon that said ‘Second cup half price’ from his pocket. His fine virtue of being thrifty and frugal had never changed.

The staff all recognized him. Tall, handsome, and polite, he looked particularly charming when he smiled. Every time he came to buy milk tea, he would buy two cups——one with sugar and one without. The students said he was from the National Sports University next door, coming over to find his boyfriend.

“The promotion expired yesterday,” the staff said with a smile, “but since you’re a regular, I’ll give you an extra day!”

“Thank you,” Qin Cheng replied with a smile.

Satisfied, Qin Cheng carried the two cups of milk tea and took a shortcut through the experimental building towards the teaching building. The decoration styles of the Medical University and the National Sports University were like two extremes.

The National Sports University had a rugged and wild style. To prevent a group of hormone-fueled, energetic students from causing random damage, everything was designed to be practical and durable. Aesthetics didn’t matter; those group of big A athletes with well-developed limbs probably didn’t have the taste to appreciate it anyway.

In contrast, the Medical University was much more refined. If the National Sports University was like a rough and unruly Northerner, the Medical University was like a cultured and scholarly gentleman. The campus was filled with greenery, and various statues of famous people, some of whom Qin Cheng knows and some he didn’t, could be seen everywhere, each with a small plaque detailing their achievements and so on.

Every time Qin Cheng came to the Medical University, he felt purified by the gentle environment, but this feeling was shattered when he saw the students of the Medical University.

Qin Cheng was more familiar with finding Jian Heng’s classroom than his own. With two minutes left until class ended, he stood by the door, waiting with a group of students who were about to switch classes.

As far as the eye can see, everyone was furiously scribbling away, even those in the last row were no exception, all completely focused.

When Qin Cheng first came to find Jian Heng at the beginning of his freshman year, he was shocked by the ‘you’ll regret it if you don’t study’ atmosphere. Going back to the National Sports University’s classes felt like traveling through time, and he even blurted out to his roommates, “Why aren’t you guys paying attention in class?”

Being a school tyrant is freaking awesome, but being in a school full of school tyrant is even more awesome. All that talk about being cultured and easygoing, or being gentle and relaxed——these are all bullshit in the eyes of medical students. Every second counts, and that’s the real deal. ‘Every book is a key point’, ‘Patients won’t get sick based on your knowledge reserves’, are just the harsh truths. When it comes to studying, they truly become ruthless.

Qin Cheng, who was 1.9 meters tall, stood at the door, wearing a jersey and holding a cup of milk tea. He stood out among a group of medical students clutching books and pushing up their glasses, like a big bad wolf standing among a pile of rabbits. It didn’t take long for him to be noticed by the students in the room, which caused a little commotion.

Jian Heng, sitting in the front row, waved at him. Qin Cheng made a heart gesture with his hands and then retreated to a less conspicuous corner to wait.

When class ended, a group of students rushed out like tigers descending a mountain, and Qin Cheng ducked to the side again.

Jian Heng sat in the front row and was the first to come out. Upon seeing him, Qin Cheng immediately came over, directly took his hand, and then they walked out together: “Came so early.”

“Not really,” Qin Cheng glanced at their intertwined hands, and his heart began to feel happy again. After a tiring day, being able to hold hands with his boyfriend was the biggest reward. “The people sitting around you seem to be Omega, right? What’s going on, Student Heng Heng? Confess and you’ll get leniency.”

“Next time, I’ll sit in the back,” Jian Heng smiled. “Weren’t there two roommates between us?”

“Even with two roommates, they couldn’t hold back. If there weren’t any, it would be a disaster,” after the confession incident, Qin Cheng’s sense of crisis instantly kicked in. “No way, I need to come here more often from now on. You haven’t even worn a white coat yet. Once you do, people will go crazy.”

“Who else would be crazy about it except you?” Jian Heng looked at him. “You even said you would wear a white coat for my birthday.”

“Fuck! Don’t talk about this in such a crowded place…” Qin Cheng quickly covered his mouth. He could never outdo Jian-ge in this regard. Feeling a bit embarrassed, he glanced around to see if anyone noticed. “Let’s talk about this topic when we get home. First, let’s drink some milk tea.”

“Why did you come over in a jersey?” Jian Heng took the milk tea, took a sip, and handed it back. “Yours, it’s sweet.”

“Can’t wait to see my boyfriend,” Qin Cheng switched cups with him, feigning a deep sigh. “My boyfriend is handsome, still a school tyrant, and treats me so well. A day without seeing him feels like three autumns. I wish I could teleport.”

“Thanks for the compliment,” Jian Heng said.

“You’re welcome.” Qin Cheng clinked cups with him.
