Wen Jueli gave Yan Qing a T-shirt that was clearly larger than his size. The oversized deep gray T-shirt on him looked like a child wearing an adult’s clothes. It didn’t appear comical, but the collar of the shirt was too wide, revealing a charming and well-defined collarbone.

Wen Jueli averted his gaze, closed the door, and spoke in a low, deep voice, “Yes, we have to get up early tomorrow.”

Yan Qing glanced at the clock on the wall, which was ticking away the time, and realized it was almost dawn.

He pursed his lips and, pretending to be coy, said, “Alright, I’m tired too. Let’s go to sleep.”

Innocent Yan Qing took a deep breath and repeatedly reminded himself that it was just sleeping. Besides, they were a married couple, and he wouldn’t do anything to harm Wen Jueli. With these thoughts, he became more accepting of the situation. He closed the window and quickly climbed to the other side of the bed.

The beddings were new, just like the experience tonight, which was also unprecedented.

Despite the silence in the room at this late hour, Yan Qing could hear his own heart pounding loudly in his ears.

Wen Jueli didn’t rush to get into bed. He took out a box of incense and a lighter from his backpack. With a crisp metallic sound, the faint flame ignited the incense slowly and silently.

Lighting incense before sleep was Wen Jueli’s habit. He explained gently, “Incense can help with sleep.”

Yan Qing hesitated for a moment and replied, “Okay.”

Did Wen Jueli remember that Yan Qing mentioned having trouble sleeping and being prone to oversleeping? That’s why he brought this sleep-inducing incense. How considerate and caring of him!

Lying obediently in bed, Yan Qing covered the lower half of his face with the blanket. He watched Wen Jueli on the other side of the bed and realized that he was even nicer than he had imagined.

Yan Qing understood the concept of gratitude, so he silently resolved to be a good husband.

He nervously moistened his lips and said, “Thank you.”

Wen Jueli turned his head to glance at him but didn’t make any specific response. Yan Qing took his silence as shyness and decided that he needed to compliment Wen Jueli more in the future to help him overcome his shyness.

The light scent of the incense was very mild, and unless one paid close attention, it was almost imperceptible. It was like the scent of some kind of flower or herb on a dewy morning, and Yan Qing felt as if he had smelled it before in Wen Jueli’s embrace.

The effects were immediate, and in no time, Yan Qing was already yawning due to the physiological response.

The incense was nice, but the only downside was the four cameras in the corner of the room! While Yan Qing, as an amateur, had quickly adapted to the presence of cameras during their daily activities, he couldn’t help feeling a bit uncomfortable knowing that the audience in the live broadcast room could watch him while he slept at night.

Perhaps he heard Yan Qing’s thoughts, as Wen Jueli grabbed a few towels and covered the camera lenses.

“Go to sleep.”

The room’s light switch was near the door, so Yan Qing’s field of vision was plunged into darkness at first. Only the red signal lights of the cameras, visible through the towels, flickered dimly in the darkness. Then, he felt the bed sink slightly, and Wen Jueli lay down beside him.

The bed was not small, and there was about a two to three-centimeter gap between the two lying down. Yan Qing tightly closed his eyes, hoping to fall asleep quickly. Besides the fact that it was his first time sharing a bed with someone, he was also worried that his sleeping posture might not be good.

What if he accidentally touched or disturbed Wen Jueli at night? Would he get scared? However, the effects of the incense were too strong, and without thinking too much about how to take responsibility for Wen Jueli in the future, Yan Qing fell into a deep, sleepy state. When he woke up, he was lying horizontally on the bed, and the room’s curtains had been drawn, blocking out the soft daylight to make it less glaring.

After perhaps a minute or so, Yan Qing stretched and rolled around in bed, realizing that Wen Jueli was nowhere to be seen.

He rubbed his eyes, sat up, and then saw a half-naked man coming out of the dressing room right in front of him.

Wen Jueli was known as a dedicated and disciplined actor.

To maintain his physique, Wen Jueli regularly engaged in exercise whenever he had free time at home or went to the gym. This dedication resulted in him having an excellent physical condition, characterized not only by well-defined muscles but also by a graceful and smooth body contour filled with exquisite beauty.

Not overly exaggerated, every aspect of his muscles was perfectly proportioned.
