The thought of having a needle pushed through his skin made his muscles tense in anticipation of sharp pain.
Tasuku picked up a cotton swab and brought one of the tubes’ openings close to its tip. He applied a gel-like substance onto the swab. And then—
“Huh?”

In Kairi’s dazed shock, something soft and warm pressed against his lips.
Tasuku’s lips gently brushed over his own, pressing and kissing repeatedly. Then, Tasuku lightly bit Kairi’s upper and lower lips.
“Stick out your tongue,” Tasuku whispered.
Desperate to forget the horrifying situation happening down below, Kairi obeyed his brother’s words.
He clumsily stuck out his tongue from between his lips, and Tasuku did the same. Their tongues touched, softly rubbing against one another and pushing as if they were seeking more.
“Mm… mmm…”
Saliva dripped from Kairi’s parted lips down to his chin.
Kairi, unable to bear the frustrating slowness of their hovering tongues, moved first. Without fully realising what he was doing, he wrapped his restrained fingers around Tasuku’s jaw, capturing him. He slid his tongue over his brother’s, slipping it into Tasuku’s mouth.
