ITF Chapter11

A drop of fir-scented sweat fell onto Luo Congye’s shoulder, then slid downward along the smooth lines of his back muscles.

He still remembered.

This time, it wasn’t just the sound of the rain; Luo Congye couldn’t even hear his own heartbeat anymore.

Bai Heting’s face remained pressed intimately against the side of his neck with his fingers tracing down the firm muscles bit by bit, finally stopping between his legs as his palm felt the hardness of the Alpha’s arousal.

Luo Congye pinned his hand down.

Bai Heting nuzzled his face into the crook of Luo Congye’s neck again. In a gesture that was both a kiss and not quite a kiss, his lips brushed lightly against the skin that had been chilled by the rainwater. His other hand went straight for Luo Congye’s waistband, clumsily undoing the first button of his pants.

He had never experienced such an agonizing estrus fever. The stray, scorching currents of heat collided wildly inside his body, and he was soaked from head to toe in hot sweat mingled with rainwater, his bones feeling as though they had softened and melted.

No different from any other Omega, every cell in his body was screaming with desire for an Alpha.

He wanted to be enveloped by a heavy, oppressive pheromone.

He wanted to be touched, to be embraced, to be filled.

His consciousness was abandoning him.

It was awful.

Bai Heting muttered incoherent words under his breath. Luo Congye supported the back of his head and laid him flat on the ground.

His right hand cradled that classically beautiful profile, his fingers gently rubbing the small patch of skin just beneath the outer corner of the eye.

The torrential rain sealed the two of them inside this pitch-black, cramped cave. Even though nothing could be seen clearly, he knew very well that there was a tiny tear mole right at this spot.

Separated only by fabric soaked with rainwater, the gloomy coldness of the stone surface seemed to seep into the marrow of his bones. Luo Congye asked softly, “Is it cold?”

Bai Heting haphazardly tore off all the remaining buttons on his hunting jacket, then began to claw at his own pants, murmuring, “Hot…”

Not only was it hot, but it was also a heart-scratching, soul-gnawing itch and an anxious and unbearable thirst.

The person above him seemed to take a deep, long breath.

His waist was lifted with something soft cushioned beneath him, while his boots and pants were pulled off.

With his lower body exposed to the damp air, Bai Heting instinctively pressed his legs together out of habit, only to have them caught by the crooks of his knees and firmly parted.

A surging, overwhelming wave of tequila pheromones crashed over him as his body was dragged forward, the Alpha’s solid thigh wedging itself beneath his hips.

An inexplicable sense of danger made Bai Heting instinctively shrink back, his long, bent legs faintly gleaming pale in the darkness.

Alphas were naturally endowed with superior physical conditioning.

They possessed endurance and explosive power far exceeding those of Betas and Omegas, allowing them to exert complete control over an Omega physiologically.

The gifts of the gods had made them the absolute rulers of society.

Yet they were aggressive, prone to anger, and far more invasive than Betas and Omegas, harboring an uncontrollable desire for possession and dominance over their partners.

Luo Congye had once scoffed at these claims, until this very moment.

He used one hand to clamp down on his waist while kneeling before Bai Heting, refusing to let him retreat. Bai Heting’s body shuddered, suddenly jolting upward as Luo Congye’s chest pressed down.

He gathered the body beneath him that was tense with pain, into his embrace, his lips brushing lightly against that slender neck as he murmured, calling him “General.”

But Bai Heting could not hear his voice; he could only feel a thick, hard foreign object tearing into him.

“I really…” Luo Congye’s voice was muffled and raspy, “can’t hold back anymore.”

The damp, narrow space was filled with their overlapping, ragged breaths. He supported the back of Bai Heting’s head to turn his face back, while his other arm slid beneath his neck to pin his shoulder.

He pressed his forehead against Bai Heting’s, their noses almost touching.

It was a distance where even their breaths melded together.

The rainy night was too dark.

Luo Congye looked up and then leaned back down, kissing the tiny tear mole beneath his eye.

Bai Heting’s consciousness drifted between clarity and chaos.

He had experienced all kinds of pain on the battlefield, yet none were like this; where a bizarre, aching numbness actually bloomed amidst the pain.

He became a rudderless ship drifting at sea, rising and falling, buffeted by the waves; the destination seemed right before his eyes, yet he could not reach it no matter what.
